We called because we had an issue with our break controller for our camper. Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable and efficient on the phone. We brought the truck in and they set everything up. There was a small issue, so we had to bring it back for a second time, which is completely understandable because we didnt have the camper with us for them to test. The staff was extremely helpful, super kind and the pricing was very fair. Im really impressed with the customer service, its not spending you see everyday.

Jim really went above and beyond to make sure our familys trailer was ready to drive across country on the day of our move. You can tell he truly cares about what he does. Cant reccomend enough.

I believe it was Josh who helped me. He Took the time to look up parts and show me different parts and accessories and quote me prices.Another person who came in later, owner manager not sure who he was. Made it seem like I was getting a great deal and getting away with something. I definitely didnt like that. It was about 206 dollars to put a hitch on and I was told I was only being charged 40 dollars for labor. After finding out the cost of the hitch at another store, I believe I paid 50 dollars more then job was worth, if labor was only 40 dollars.But if I only had to deal with Josh I think I would go back, and do better research before I buy from them.

Good services and always has good deal for every customers. The owner has over 20years experience at truck accessories always provide to customers the best solution for the Truck issues.

Customer service is good and they do have a variety of truck accessories, if they dont have what youre looking for they can order it, it usually comes within a day or so, but for me the prices are a little on the high side

Online store does not work. Stopped by to get pricing and availability for running boards for wifes truck. Owner dealing with two gabby people who messed up an order so I was left with an employee who could not even find one of the products in the catalog for 25 minutes.This place is why people buy from eBay.
