After messing up an install that I attempted to do by myself, (regretted it) I called around local stereo shops in the Hanford area. I got the usual “bring it in and I’ll give you a quote” . That wasn’t the response to the questions that I had. Until I called American Audio. Very professional, and was welcoming. That right there earned my business. As I arrived I was immediately greated by the owner. He’s a local guy and it was a pleasure to meet him. His partner was also very professional and welcoming. The price was far better than any other shop that I had inquired about. But the customer service and the level of professionalism was by far the caveat to earn this 5 star review and earn my business forever. I appreciate the service rendered and I highly recommend American Audio here in Hanford.

Outstanding service. Waiting on the (big boys) Best Buy-to install my stereo kept getting postponed. Reached out to local business-should have done so initially. Installed and no come. They do solid good work.

Ive been looking around other audio shops and these guys offered me exactly what I was looking for. The prices are really good and the recommendations to improve the audio were clear and easy to understand. I am getting a system installed and will post reviews on setup, installation and overall performance of the stereo system

I told the installer exactly how I would like my equipment installed...not one thing was correct...im not sure English was his first langauge...thought this place was called American audio...not sure 1 star is even good enough.....125 dollars wasted for an install that was practically already done for them in the first place...

I would recommend this place to anybody. Ill admit their prices are a little bit higher than what I was quoted in other places, however, they didnt try to charge me anymore than what I was quoted.They do quality work, and carry reputable brands. The Apparently been in the business a long time and know what they are doing. Its been more than a week since I got my stereo and I dont have any complaints.

Suxx. Spent 70 buccs and left with my stereo still not playing

I went there alil earlier today and it took almost 30 mins for anybody to even acknowledge I was even there walking around their whole store and when he finally opined me he asked me to come back at 2 pm so here I am now and its 229 and I hav been sitting right here in this chair for going on 20 mins now and nobody wants to acknowledge and get any work done in guess sure we bad customer service I must say. They might do good work when they want to but over all Id say they suck ass at owning a business

Customer service is amazing. Even though they didnt have the part I wanted they didnt try to push me into buying something else.

Great customer service went to get a car alarm installed and they also fixed a couple of minor audio problems I had and I didnt even ask them, will definitely recommend to others.

They sold me an alarm control and it was not suitable for my truck, I went to change it and they gave me one that was cheaper, they activated it and instead of reimbursing me the difference they charged me for the activation
