Best ice cream. The girls here are so sweet. They always offer a cup of whipped cream for my puppy and are always so nice. Great place!

I ordered six clown ice cream’s yesterday to be ready to pick up at 11 AM today. I picked up my ice cream and put them straight in the freezer and did not realize that I was only given three of the six that I paid for. A gentleman from Baskin-Robbins had called me a couple of hours later and let me know what it happened and that I could come back and pick up my other three. It was not a problem at all I didn’t mind, things happen until I went to pick them up. I was given my other three and I ordered a single scoop of ice cream which after having to come back across town a second time I should’ve been giving for free but wasn’t and then when I got to the park to eat my ice cream I was not given a spoon or a napkin.

Had the New Mangonada and it literally was amazing! Sweet and spicy will make your mouth water!

Me and my wife try going every day to get our favorite drink which is a capuchino blast and with it we get our quency card stamped to be able to get the free 16oz drink for free. Unfortunately the drive true is always so busy. At first we thought our drinks where worth the wait, not the case anymore. The drive through is always so busy and if you try parking in the baskin Robbins lot it is impossible to get back out into the street. The manager parks her car in the back blocking the only exit there is. When I asked if there was a chance of moving it so we could exit she saw it better to ask the people entering the drive through to move there cars instead while her cars remains blocking the drive through exit. Definitely getting tired of the outrageous waiting.

I’ve gone through the drive thru several times, it seems like it takes longer every time. Today it took 40 minutes for me to get served THEN I had to go in anyway because a 3rd item was missing, it was sitting on the counter in front of two employees but neither noticed it just sitting there. I told them 40 minutes in a drive thru then still messing up the order was unacceptable. The young man in the front apologized but it was the girls at the drive thru fault. I live down the street but within the 5 minutes it took me to get home & sit at the table with my boys we realized our stuff was already melting. It must have been sitting on their counters too. Not ok. Never again.

If you are going to order the photo cake, DO NOT try here. Yesterday was my friends baby girls birthday, we ordered a full sheet photo cake on 5/13 and pick it up on 5/15. There is no photo on it at all. The employee only refunded $10 for their rediculous MISTAKE and no compensation. How disappointed!

I ordered a birthday cake, the guy that took my order was very nice and helpful. When I went in to pick it up, the staff was very nice. Oh and the cake was so delicious! Highly recommend their ice cream cakes!

Basically don’t order your birthday cake online. They won’t have your cake ready and they will make you choose a pre-made cake from their freezer. Kind of ruined my birthday I was looking forward to my cake and walked out with something else.

I really love Baskin Robbins ice cream. The last two times, went thru the thru and ordered world class chocolate ice cream. I got some random chocolate flavor both times. Guess I need to switch where I buy ice cream.

Literally watched as the workers looked at me standing at the door and did not make an attempt to open the door. The sign on the door says open and I clearly see workers standing around but no one came to the door as I stood outside at 5pm on a Monday. Every time I go it’s only because my wife likes it but I usually spend about 45 in the drive thru for mediocre ice cream. I’m only giving them a one because I have to leave a star in order to give a review. Cold stone is better anyways.

If you go through the drive thru they give u less then if you go inside

Wait was way too long for 2 drinks and then they had my drink wrong and had to wait even longer fir the correct drink.. Its good tho

Big things come in small packages! Dont miss this small ice cream and custom cake shop thats been in business since I was a child.I temember the little football helmets full with 2 scoops as a kid! Boy was it a happy childhood! Thats something nobody can take away. If you have not had a happy childhood, Tim Robbins said, Its never too late!

Quick service. All guys working tonight. They got the job done. Although I didnt get any peanut butter in my peanut butter chocolate ice cream! :( he just scraped around the edges. Man I was looking forward to that peanut butter.

Product is/was very good. Drive thru kind of clunky as far as efficiency.

The drive thru is small and often blocks off the parking lot. There is little to no room inside to eat either. The ice cream is good, just may want to take it home to eat.

Since my tenth birthday weve ordered the same cake every year from this place. You get a free ice cream cone on your birthday, too. We visit the shop once a year around my birthday, and just walking in gives me nostalgia. Its a great place with super affordable ice cream and friendly staff.

It was summer time when I drove at this location. I read its menu and proceeded to the window and ordered a vanilla frozen icecream in a cone. A clerk responded, Can only serve you this at the front. I paused and thought that it was probably his or her belief which prevents him or her handing it via the window. I parked my car and got in the store. It didnt make sense at all unless the ice cream I ordered was too big to fit through the window.True story it happened to me.

Ice cream is always good. Great discount ($1/scoop) every 31st of the month. Otherwise, scoops are expensive. Serving size is for health conscious people. If you want more ice cream for your buck, go to superior dairy.

Overpriced ice cream and lacking customer service. Not to mention the horrible horrible layout design of the drive-thru. Virtually no parking. The ladie in charge of the drive-through was extremely rude and had no patience whatsoever. We will not be returning.

The ice cream is amazing, but the location and wait time is terrible. If there is more than 2 cars in line just go inside. And if there is more than 4 just go somewhere else.

12/11 Ordered 2 banana splits. I specifically asked that one only have van, choc, & straw and choc & straw topping - NO whip cream, cherries, nuts, etc! But BOTH of them came with everything! The whip cream was not firm it was like a can of milk had been poured on top and the banana splits tasted awful! We were the only customers in drive thru so it wasnt like they were swamped and couldnt get the order right. Very very disappointed that I couldnt enjoy a good ice cream; should of just went to McDonalds.:(

The drive thru is very slow & they kept misunderstanding. They also didnt pack the ice cream into the cone, just piled it on top which made it a bit difficult to eat. At one point my scoops almost fell off the cone 😂
