I recommend this store to anyone that is in the market for some quality jewelry. Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knocked this sale out of the park. All the associates were very friendly and helpful. I was kind of nervous but they eased my nerves and I walked out with a great deal. I will be back for another purchase.

I am always pleased jeweler and store clerks at Hanford branch specifically John Ray. He is very accommodating, always greet me with real smile and very helpful. John Ray explained to me all the details that I need to know about my jewelry, necklace specifically. He always ask me if I have other questions and answer it appropriately if I do. He never responded that he doesn’t know which give me a confidence that my jewelry is safe and will be fixed and taking care of at the right time or less. Even if he is not in the store and saw me somewhere around the store, he will asked me if everything is okay with my necklace. I will definitely go back to Hanford store and look for him if I have question.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go to Kay Jewerlers. Horrible customer service. My $5000.00 ring had a cracked diamond for the 2nd time and because we missed an inspection the month we had a death in the family and we were told we missed another inspection. We recd a phone call that the replacement diamond is going to be $900.00I was told my ring would be back from the Kay Corp office in 2 weeks....its been 5 weeks and it just got in yesterday.I dont believe them. Very bad Customer Service.And my ring still has the cracked diamond.

Sent a ring in for sizing and not only did they size it the wrong size but it was extremely uneven. The second time they sized it at no charge and still it was uneven and bent. Not recommended!

Missed one inspection after years of bringing in the ring. Now have a chipped diamond and they won’t honor a replacement. What a joke of a company. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
