Ive always loved big lots. Theyre super friendly and keep the store looking very clean. Makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Also, they are the only store in town that offers me a discount for being a nurse. That is a very sweet gesture in times of Covid 19. Thank you Big Lots!!

I enjoy shopping at Big Lots employees greet you as you go in. I like the obieance and the furniture is really nice you have the option to lay away sofas and bed. I usually shop for cosmetics and personal care. Back in the day my mom would take me shopping at Big Lots and I continue shopping there, you can get the same name brand as other retail stores. I recommend this place to family and friends.

Im so disappointed and dissatisfied with Big lots. I bought my first sectional there after 2 years its starts, the leather starts peeling off. I didnt get the 3 year protection plan then. So I buy the same sectional because I really liked the style it fit perfectly in my apartment, I was offered 3 year protection plan it was $70. Again, my couch is only 2 years old its starts sinking in and a zipper bust from one of the cushion. So Im thinking its ok this time I call the protection plan. To my surprise, that is not covered under the protection plan. Only accidental tears or stains. Ugh!!! NEVER EVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM BIG LOTS EVER AGAIN. They might have low priced but the quality of the furniture is way lower than that its a piece of well you know. If it was up to me they wouldnt even get one star.

Our local Big Lots has friendly customer service. Clean store. A variety of useful household items are okay prices. Furniture is nice and affordable with good/affordable insurance offers. Electronic accessories are available. Seasonal furniture and decorative items are always available. Our family enjoys saving here.

I like their products and saves me time from having to drive across town. The prices are affordable. My mom would always shop at Big Lots that was one of her favorite stores. So, now I go to Big Lots to shop brings me back to when I was growing up.

I live big lots customer service in the Hanford California store was outstanding.

I went a few days ago and a very nice lady signed me up for their rewards program. Came back tonight and I I wasnt able to use their $5 off coupon. To top it off the cashier didnt give me 15% off Christmas decorations as was advertised

After Christmas shopping is a great idea.! Everything is on sale, go and I bet that you wont come out without something useful for your 🏠 and family.

Cashiers are good, adequate. Would be nice if they knew how to handle Tax Exempt sales instead of having to refer to a Binder or walkie talkies most of the time.

Not only cheap stuff. I found beautiful and good quality towels here- Project Runway brand, which I didnt existed, turned out to be comparable to my favorite JCPenney towels. Love love the design.

Normally they have a larger selection of baking dishes but, on this day they didnt have what I was looking for.

Just an over priced discount store. Sure they have a good deal every now and then. But most the time I see things there that I can get cheaper at another store. Plus they have no stationary section as they did in the old location.

I went into Big Lots and the workers were very helpful and helped me load my purchase into the truck. They were awesome.

It was clean and had a wide variety of merchandise. My checker even recognized me as a customer from her days at Sears.
