Sad to see them go

They have genuine customer service and make real life connections with their customers. They can be a bit pushy but are always there to help. Gerardo in the nursery was a great help, he deserves a raise. The cashier Carlos was very friendly and signed me up for their club orchard. It’s a great place and I would recommend.

This business just, locked its doors to the public! ! I was sorry to see it Close (Out of Business)I enjoyed the store, because alltheir items were unique! Orchards will be missed by lots of Patrons. Thank You mary. d.

Too bad they are going out of business... I love the one of a kind or high end products they have but with out the high end price (for somethings, not all). Im going to miss Orchard supply hardware store... 🙁😢

Going out of business sale 20% off still more expensive than Home Depot & LowesI have shopped in this store 3 times in the last year and NO customer service to help with finding thinks I was looking for.Guess between high prices & NO customer service their going out of business was no surprise.

This has always been one of my favorite places to shop for my house repair needs. You get personalized service as well as polite customer service. I will drive around Home Depot to go to OSH.

Took a while to get help in the bolt department but a young man making screens stopped what he was doing and helped! Awesome job.

Refused my check because Telecheck said I didnt have a credit history with Telecheck. I had been doing business with Orchard fir over 20 years. when I left without my planned purchases told thestaff I would never be back.

I love my local OSH! Unlike the big box hardware stores OSH is easy to navigate laid out well and has what I need for DIY projects artound the house. the staff are friendly and in general more knowledgeable than the guys at the big box stores.

Orchard Supply is a very good handy store that have everything that you need

Always have what you need. Not always cheapest. Sort of dislike being confronted as Im walking in. The shopping carts blocking the check out aisles Im sure is a fire code violation

This place is Closed. Was dropping off a friend, he was cleaning out the store. Removing the old shelves and other things.

Went to buy some supplies its sad that they are closing down. So now is the time everything is 70% off if they have anything left.

Found what I needed and got out. There wasnt many employees so I did have to do a lot of searching by myself.

Unfortunately, it’s going out of business, it’s hard to see a company like Sears, going out for good and taking all it’s afíliate companies as well.
