Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The staff is so welcoming they are now very good personal friends of mine they know what they are doing.

1st appointment with Beltone reps and they were very professional and answered all of our questions. Also, great to know that they are Tier 1 provider for our insurance and we do not have to travel far to get my son’s hearing aids.

I was thinking that these hearing aids were not properly working until I saw Jon who helped me tune them. The before and after comparison is like the wizard of oz going from black and white to color! I could hear birds singing and even my clock ticking. So happy with my hearing aids now, only because of how well Beltone in Hanford helped me tune them!

I am super happy with my Beltone hearing aids. I tell everyone to get a hearing test and go out to the Hanford store, as Jung Moon is wonderful at his job. I thank God for my Beltones and Mr. Moon. I hear wonderful, and Mr. Moon is great. His staff (Candice) is perfect at her job.
