Employees that set up were very nice and respectful, but I will never use this service again because of the rude lady that answers the phone.

I have been a long time loyal customer throughout the year and prior years before and have not had any issues until today. Unfortunately it was a cloudy day but I took the chance and still had them set up for my sons birthday. They collected payment and left. The obstacle course bounce house that was set up was literally only up for about 15 min when the weather took a turn for the worse. I gave them a call back immediately and was instructed by the owner I could use towels to dry it up and still have the kids use it. I decided against that because it was raining so that didn’t make sense to me so I asked the owner to come and get it. I understood I took the chance with the set up and understood payment was collected. I didn’t ask for a refund I simply asked if we could work something out as in a discount or just something towards the next time I ordered from them since I am a loyal costumer for the past few years. As soon as I asked that I stopped receiving reply’s back from the owner and have yet to hear back. I take that as a disrespect. How can a local company expect repeat business when they can’t even respect and take care of their loyal customers? I have spent thousands of dollars with this company throughout the years and I will never do business with them again. Think twice about giving this company your business.

I looking for a good waterslide so I call ABC happy bounce. The lady she tell the price and what time bring me the waterslide and when I need give the money. Everything going good. The guys super nice. When I sing the contract. They never tell me I need to live the slide on. So the owner text me they came in 20 or 30 min. And she told me dont turn off anything. But they came late the hour a said I text back. Im sorry I turn off everything. And she text like a Bible she charge me $50 more cause the contract said. I see the contract but in there a never see that only another things. But she text me 3 time. Tell me staff. Im every disagree. Everything good but not the lady so rude.

On time, friendly staff, great price. We had the bounce house for 8 hours and it was great fun for the birthday party. Would definitely use ABC Happy Bounce again.

Rented a bounce house this weekend and had an awesome experience with this company. I’m not the type of person that goes off reviews because some people are shady and just because they don’t get it their way they will post a bad review on a company and lie out of their mouth. So I’d rather try them myself and judge on my experience. Delivery and pick up was on time as promised. Very clean bounce house and my kids had a blast. Will be renting from them again! Great service!

Never had the chance write a review. But last December rented a bounce house for my sons 5th birthday it rained. The bounce house was literally at my home for 20mins. The owner had bounce house picked up “which was totally fine I understood it was raining” But what upset me was when I called her I asked if I can get my money back or partial but NOPE she still charged me FULL price and said “No you already signed the contract” !! Like come on!!! The kids didn’t even play in that thing nor did I have it long! Poor Service. Never would I rent or recommend them to anybody.

Terrible service and broken slides for full price. What more do you need to know? Big yikes. I hope they do have an attitude change and properly inspect all inflatables before charging people. I have 3 too many bruises from those broken steps on the water slide.

Made reservations a month in advance then day of had no choice but to agree on delivery time to be changed to 11:15 because of the rain. But delivery person wasnt there till about 11:40 and I had to tell him the bounce house was filthy for him to say he could wipe it down with a wet rag. It had socks and food and candy wrappers in it. I had to take him disinfectant and tell him to wipe it down good. The tables were dirty as were the chairs and chairs were pretty rusty. Needless to say we wont be using there people ever again.

These people are rude and super inconsiderate. They terrorize their neighborhood with illegally loud music, through all hours of the night, with no regard for the elderly or those who work. Such little regard for others I would recommend not using them.

Yesterday my friends and I rented this waterslide from ABC Happy Bounce upon delivery I should of properly inspected the slide so that in which is my own fault, but we let the kids play for a few hours and when it was the adults turn we learned of the magnitude of issues this slide has, not only did multiple people completely fall off the back of the slide due to broken steps, not many people even reached the “pool” at the end of the slide due to it being a completely separate piece. When taking a longer look at things we discovered that the “stairs” on the back were not apart of the original slide since we found pictures of it from four years ago with different attachments. When we called the owner to let her know we wanted it picked up earlier due to multiple people getting hurt because of the broken steps I received the response “oh yeah” followed by her giving me attitude since we wanted it picked up early. My friend ended up calling her back to ask if we could even get a partial refund since we weren’t able to use it for intended purposes without someone getting hurt, in which she responded due to the time we’ve had it she couldn’t.So here is my warning to EVERYONE in the Central Valley, please do not rent from them unless you are ready to receive shady equipment, dirty slides, unkept bounce houses, and some very rude customer service.

Great service

Very dissapointed. You guys scheduled the water slide to be picked up LAST. ( the water slide that I paid almost for $200. ) You guys came at 5 pm, what party ends at 5?! You insisted that we pay $20 for your gas and have like 2 hours left with the water slide or that they just take it. The Owner was very rude and wouldnt understand, at last she says she mistaken it but said pay $20 for her gas & have 2 more hours left or we take it end of story Never Again from this Company ever again.

Worst service ever!!! Rude manager/owner, I had to get my kids out at 6pm from their waterslide because she swore I asked her to pick it up at that time. Come on the PARTY started at 1! Then she tried to charge me extra 20 for another 2 hrs hahahha! Dont recommend this place at all!!!!!!!
