James (the owner) fixed my issues and went over-and-above to true my wheels and make sure my ride was dialed in. Plus - he had a pair of handlebars in stock I had been searching for. Would highly recommend.

Clean, well lit, amazingly knowledgeable and helpful staff. It is great to be able to make an appointment online ahead of time. Very reasonable prices.I highly recommend this establishment, which also has a store in Kirksville.If anyone finds themselves buying a bike for their children, they will gladly take anything that is bought at the local Walmart and tune it up so it rides well.

As an avid cyclist and racer (mountain, cross, and gravel), Ive bought over 10 bikes new in the last 15 years or so, and by far the best bikes, service, and parts have been from CoolByke. Theres nothing better for a cyclist (whether a racer, trail lover, or occasional ride-with-the-family type) than to establish a great relationship with a local shop, and James runs one of the best anywhere. Hannibal/Quincy area is super fortunate to have him!
