What an enormous Pretzel! Didnt like the beer cheese but we did like the other sauce. We added salt to ours. Onion rings were alright. Unfortunately, we lost track of time and had to take our entrees togo. The staff was able to quickly put them in boxes and we made it in time to our appointment. I got burger bites, yum. My SO got a Chicken Wrap and he didnt like it.
Our food experience was a mess, wife had a chicken avocado wrap, no chicken or avocado in it...really. I ordered a chicken club and steak fries. Received a fried chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and ranch on a frikin bun and sliced baked potatoes. Im sorry the wrap was inedible and extremely spicy. I cannot find anything to be positive about this experience.Reply to owner, thanks for your response, however each of your suggestions including the spicy issue were already attempted through the waitresses before this was posted. It was also brought to the attention of 3 different employees. I LOVE SUPPORTING LOCAL as you can clearly see from my years of reviews, However this in all four of our opinions was a complete failure.
This restaurant has a great menu...sufficiently diverse for all. Our experience was spotless, from the time we entered.... Efficiency. Courtesy. Good eating. Our chicken fried chicken came with a beautiful, large piece of chicken breast loaded with yummy gravy and mashed potatoes. The special was also chicken ( grilled) topped with artichokes, spinach and cheese. It was also perfectly cooked with wonderful flavors. Didnt indulge in dessert but the peach cobbler looked wonderful.
Went to get some of their famous fudge and dessert and it was phenomenal! Brooklyn was my waitress and she picked me pick the best ones from their large variety of fudge. I am so glad I listened to her about topping my Gooey Caramel Apple Pecan Cobbler with ice cream! It just melted in your mouth!
This place is phenomenal! I ordered the bang bang burger and it was THE BEST burger I have ever had! It was huge! The steak fries were delicious. The staff was friendly and the service wonderful. I highly recommend!

The French Dip Wrap was awesome! My husband got the Makers Mark bourbon burger and said it was a good burger but after trying a bite of my wrap he said he would definitely get that next time! Wish they were closer than 2 hours from home! Vanilla infused sweet potato fries were really good also!
A fantastic stop over traveling from Nashville to MN for a light dinner! Fun little place-sat at the bar..ordered their homemade mozzarella sticks..thanks to our bartender Bonnies suggestion..out of this world! Very friendly..

Too busy too loud for me. You get a lot of food. Catfish was good. Didnt care for the fries. They had small chuncks of something they added when fried. It tasted old and off, not like fries at all.

First and foremost, our waitress, Niki, was the sweetest, most attentive, and helpful person and we really appreciated that. Secondly the food was seriously amazing. My husband and I both had steaks and they were done to perfection. When we were choosing a restaurant, I saw on another google review they made butter beer drinks and that was the deciding factor for me. I wasnt disappointed at all. It was delicious! And they have lots of dessert choices. Thanks for making this one of the most enjoyable meals weve had in awhile!
Had to pick one star to leave a review but its a zero star place for me. We waited 15-20 min for a table then we waited over an hour for our food for 2 adults and 1 kid. The food was not great. I understand the staff shortage but the staff that was working needed a fire lit under them. First and last time we visit. Very disappointed had high expectations cause we usually drive to the other rustic oak.
We went for an early dinner and the restaurant was empty. The menu is large and so is the restaurant. My husband enjoyed his steak and real mashed potatoes. He also enjoyed his salad. I ordered the country fried steak. If you like delicious white gravy and tons of batter you will like the country fried steak. The staff is super friendly and the prices are fair.

We always have a great experience at Rustic Oak. The food tastes great and the employees are amazing. Bethany was our waitress today. She was very friendly and had a beautiful smile the whole time, even though it looked like she was the only waitress working. She took her time with us, and checked back several times to be sure everything was OK for us.
We had a delightful time. They had a really great guitar singer guy. Very good. Our meal was excellent and even tho the staff had it rough ( due to shortage of helpers Im sure), they were nice and did a great job👌✌️ty

Everytime I come to Hannibal I take my family here as a treat. The food is always wonderful and the service is just amazing. I come excited for the delicious appetizers amazing entrees and desserts. Their blackberry cobbler is phenomenal and gives you a nice homely feel. It is one of my favorite things they have to offer. After you add the stand for fudge and other candied treats its a grand and wonderful place to visit. I can not wait for my next visit.

They were closed. Very disappointing. The sign said they were open. People coming out. But were closed between 2 and 430. What a mess.
We had an order for five people, two adults and three children. Our food came out with in about 45 minutes, and they completely forgot about my sons. So we had to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes for them to bring out one of the two chicken legs. The plating was awful. It looks like they just took stuff and threw it on a plate. The only reason I even gave it stars at all was because of the pleasant waiting staff. She was extremely nice and understanding and comped my sons meal because it took so long to come out. I do not recommend this place. There are so many better restaurants here in Hannibal.

I am from out of town. Trying to find a place during the week in the off season was a challenge! But we found this great place.This is a super great place! The onion rings are outstanding. The service was fantastic!! Our waitress Bethany was amazing, she made sure our food was right never let us run out of something to drink. She was very polite she made sure we had a great experience. Also the food was fantastic. Highly recommend people try this place!!!
We ordered the Prime rib and it was outstanding. Flavor was on point and done perfectly. (Medium) The only thing I could say that wasnt completely positive was the wait. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. And that wasnt bad...our server was very attentive. Very happy with our experience.
Won’t be back... food was mediocre at best. The loaded potato chips, were only covered half way, and the potato soup had a funny taste to it, so we only ate a few bites. The prime rib was meh, probably the worst we’ve had honestly. The garlic Parmesan chicken strips were inedible; the quality was just not there. The baked potatoes tasted old and the Mac and cheese tasted like it came from a box. We were understanding that they were probably short staffed and were forgiving that our food took awhile to receive and our waitress wasn’t attentive. Spoke to management, but they refused to believe that their food was anything but perfect.

It was pretty good my salmon was fairly good ...kinda dark in there could use a lighter color on the walls the ceiling is dark the floor is dark and the walls ...but a nice place the waitress was real nice we loved her
Friendly and quick waitress, but my food was barely ok. I ordered a bacon cheddar patty melt, which I assumed would have cheddar on it, but instead was some goopy thing that reminded me of cheese whiz. even american cheese would have been better (but thats not what was in the description). The sweet potato fries were good. I was trying to decide between 4 things, one they were out of and probably should have gone with chicken fried steak or the beer battered cod sandwich.

I really wanted to give a better rating on this but I couldn’t. We waited to be seated for 20 minutes. Waited means no one spoke to us and no one was up front when we came in. The 3 waitresses walked by and just smiled at us. One waitress seated another group that was behind us and then never came back and was taking their bar order.Finally once we were seated the waitress took our orders pretty quickly. The food took almost 40 minutes to come out, and they only had a handful of other tables.The steak and shrimp were over seasoned, but otherwise was pretty good. The waitress we had was very nice and polite. It may have been a slow service night but overall pretty good. We would give it another try if we were back through town.

If youre able to visit the Rustic Oak in Perry, DO IT! Hannibal location has a good Friday and Sunday all you can eat catfish buffet and dessert selection. Perry location is one of my favorite restaurants and Hannibal didnt compare. French Dip didnt taste the same, steak fries werent cooked and the ranch was watered down. Service was slow. Very clean restaurant. Check out Perry. You wont be disappointed!

Overall, I liked the Rustic Oak Grill and Pub. We choose to sit outside because it is very dark inside. The waitress was phenomenal, so kind, working hard to check in on everyone, our full orders were correct and she checked in several times getting any requests we had, she was probably the best part of our visit. We also did not wait long on our food and i thought the food was decent. Thumbs up for the cook on actually cooking my steak medium well. The menu is HUGE which helped our group each get what the wanted, they have everything, literally. Overall, everything was good and Id recommend, from the food to the waitress to not having to wait long. The price on steaks is expensive though and not told on the menu, they list MP - market price. So coming from STL, id consider $25 for a 10 oz steak and 5 shrimps on top alot and I recently ate in Quincy at Texas Roadhouse for similar items at around $18-20.

We were 2 hungry travelers looking for a nice place to sit, chill and eat! We were greeted and seated as soon as we arrived. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful! You have a huge menu! Our food was delish! We will definitely stop in again and recommend!

I had no idea there were ACTUALLY still places that make you pay for drink refills! The food was okay, but nothing spectacular, especially in comparison with the bill.
Service was good but the food price was very sad. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and asked for a side of bbq sauce, the total was $17 just for a burger and fries!!! That in my opinion is very ridiculous and I probably wont come back to this place again. And the burger wasnt even a whole patty it was shaped like a chicken nugget.

Food was delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. I had the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich and my fiance had the bacon egg and cheese burger. We had the Bavarian pretzel as an appetizer; absolutely to die for. Onion rings were very good too. Service was very quick-- appetizer out in 5 minutes, main meal under 10 minutes after we were done with the appetizer. We ate during a busy dinner rush too. Our server, Taylor, deserves special mention; she was SUPER friendly, sweet, very honest about steak pricing (elevated due to covid; not the restaurants fault, and she encouraged us to come back and try the prime rib when they could get it back in for a reasonable price) and just the right amount of attentive-- when were back through Hannibal and eat here again, were going to ask for her specifically because we had such a great experience with her. Overall this was a fantastic surprise gem on our truck route and we will definitely be back!!!

We ordered for our family of four tonight, curbside pickup. The young lady took my order and immediately apologized for the time it would take to make. 30 minutes, really I was impressed. When I got there and called they ran it straight out, no delays!! Got home and we had an EXCELLENT meal. Than kg s and we will continue to use your restaurants for our weekly eating experience
