When we decided to use Hanson Fuel I specifically asked if they fill propane (generator) during the busy time of before/during/after a storm. They assured me that is why people hire them, when most needed, they arrive. Those are false claims. If you call after a storm they will put you on a list. And they will get to you whenever they feel like it. I am changing companies as soon as I can find another supplier. The customer service is also very rude. I would give zero stars if I could. I wanted to support a small business, but they cannot handle the volume. I need to go with a bigger more reliable company.

This company doesn’t care about their customers at all. I have gone without oil in my house many times because I was waiting for them to deliver. My children nearly froze while we waited.I am beginning to wonder if they treated me badly because I was getting services from them through Fuel Assistance.I don’t know what their story is regarding how to treat people.... All I can say is that they suck

Terrible customer service. They do not care if you have what you need to heat your home. They would rather you freeze for 9 days than change their “most profitable” schedule. Choose a company that won’t leave you out to freeze.

I will NOT recommend this company to say the very least. They broke my Brand new Fireplace and they R fuse to pay for damages. I will seek Legal action. Not to mention the people in the office are sarcastic and very rude They could care less not very pleasant people.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! AVOID! They just scammed me $100. Woman on the phone failed to inform me there is a $150 minimum order. I called them and told them I was willing to pay for what I received! They said if I have a problem with me paying an extra $100 they will see me in small claims court! OK ILL SEE YOU JERKS IN COURT!
