Excellent customer service and very quick!

I requested an estimate on new tires . I spoke with a female, she rushed me the entire call seemed almost annoyed. and seemed impatient when it came down to me almost spending 400.00 on my vehicle. Wit walmart When I wasnt quite done with inquiring about a large amount of monies attempting to bespent, I was told THAT ALL UOU ✔👍.... WOW.

Very good service

As I speak there is 5 men trying to install a new light build into my head light this whole ordeal has been 2 hours long from waiting in line for 1 hour and no one here even knew how to help me find which bulb I needed! They didn’t even want to help me! I have a disable mother at home and I don’t appreciate them wasting peoples time like this! If you do not have time do not go here this whole thing has been a headache just to change a lightbulb!!! Extremely unprofessional staff in the garage area and working the cash register inside AWFUL people skills!

I installed a set of four BF Goodrich G-Force COMP 2 A/S on my vehicle and I cannot be more satisfied with this purchases. These tires handle very well on wet and dry terrain. As soon as started driving my car I felt the tremendous improvement on handling control. I took my car to the Walmart in Harahan Louisiana and they provided me an excellent customer service. Definitely buying tires from Walmart again in the future.

I brought my car in for a simple tire rotation. Was told my car was next in line. Given an estimate of 30 mins, tops. Three hours later, they finally began on my car. No reason given. Standing out in the parking lot watching one service rep sit in his car, another just stand and look at his phone. Its a $10 service that took over 4 hours. Not goos.

Did not put donut back on car. Just threw it back into back seat. We bought 2 new tires. Service was slow but got a good price for the tires.

Didnt do the alignment I paid additional for, threw my older tire in the back of my car along with the spare. When asked to resecure it under my car they didnt properly reattach it. Overall kind of ridiculous

Well stocked with both store and national brands. Self service except for tires and batteries. Lowest prices available.

I showed up two hours before they closed to have my battery swapped out. I bought a battery the day before and the cashier told me to come back with my car to have them swapped out. Well I come with my car (that I had to jump start to get there) and they tell me that they cant do it, leaving me stranded with a dead battery in my car and a new battery in my hands. Meanwhile, I kid you not, it starts raining. Now the one guy working in the auto center is more worried about staying dry instead of helping someone stranded in the rain. Like, no sense of customer service or human empathy.

Good customer service and it was easy to get my car taken care of while I shopped.

Prices are good as usual, but the service is very slow. I got there at 6:30 AM to replace 2 tires and was first in line when they opened at 7:00 am. They finished at 8:30 am.

Went in for 2 new tires, came out with scratched up rims, and a scratched hood. Then was told, they would give me spray paint to fix it myself. Dont go here if you value your vehicle at all.

Worst customer service EVER and its happened on multiple occasions...Endemic problems with this auto team. Rude to customers, rude to each other. Inept and unhelpful at all times. On my first visit they told me that the road hazard on my damaged tire would only cover $45 dollars of the $135 dollar tire. I left the spare on, took it to another Walmart and they replaced the tire with a new one for $12. I knew they were lying.On another recent visit (gave them one more shot just see if it was particular staff) I had a bad battery that was under warranty. It took them 40 minutes to figure out that the battery tester wasnt working and then no apology...just you have to go to another store. I asked them to check with another store to make sure that store had a working battery tester. They got indignant about calling but did at my polite insistence 😊 That store had a broken tester also!! Then, they got mad again when I said they needed to find me a store with a working battery tester. Unbelievable. When I took it to another store, they replaced the bad battery for free and told me that store had a bad rep. Ive had good service at the Tchoupitoulas location and the Gretna Manhatten Blvd store but this location is a nightmare.Most of the employees at this location are unhappy and unhelpful. However, a special warning about the gal with the gold teeth. Avoid interacting with her at all cost. Im a fan of Walmart, in general, but this tire and lube center is jaw-dropping bad. Can you give a negative 5 stars?

I took my car to get a oil change and they said they couldnt cause it had a oil leak which i had fixes back in February of this year. So i ended up taking it back to where i got the oil leak fixed to get them to check it and also make sure they fixed what they said they would and that i paidor them to fix and they did fix it so now im getting them to change my oil and have to pay more to get it changed but i guess its worth it cause at least these guys know what they are doing and apparently walmart employees in the automotive area dont know what they are doing and cant decipher the difference between old oil and fresh oil if the vehicle might or might not have a leak.

Arrived an hour before closing for a quick tire plug and was told they closed at 3 when the sign clearly states 5pm. Everyone was sitting around and I was told they were swamped with cars and wouldnt be able help me. Very rude responses from everyone involved. Will not be returning.

Had a problem with my car not starting and so I brought my battery in to be tested and possibly buy a new one.Dorian tested my battery for me in less than ten minutes and told me that there was nothing wrong with it.George looked for me after not being able to check and sat with me to talk through what could be wrong. He suggested I clean the terminals for built up oxidation. I thought it would be the alternator.It was a $4 fix instead of $120+. You guys are awesome.

Ive never seen so many people make doing so little, look so difficult. Its truly awe inspiring to watch a Walmart employee like a well-oiled machine make standing around not doing their job look like its worth getting paid minimum wage for. This isnt even your least expensive Tire option the only reason that I picked it is because I only needed one tire. If I was going to buy a full set I would definitely take that to my local auto care center, where youre actually supporting a local business and youre getting a better price, with better service. The tire I purchased, which showed an online price cheaper than what they sold it to me in the store, plus the $12 mounting, which of course I took the tire on and off, came out to be just shy of $100. Thats my own labor and no road hazard. The service advisor, I use that term lightly are loosely, actually asked me if I wanted my new tire balanced. I resisted the urge to insert a sarcastic remark such as no of course I would like my more expensive Tire to wear out twice as fast because you dont understand the basic concept of why you would balance one. Anyway, the tl:dr is this. Walmart auto center in Harahan is slow, rude, and not worth the more expensive price tag.

Rude Employees and found out the Road Hazard Warranty is useless when I has to replace a tire only 5 months old with plenty of tread because of what is being called the sidewall now a days!Employees were obviously aggravated that they had to work on Easter. So when I interrupted them looking at a friends engine, they not only made me go back and forth between inside, outside but actually told me...You can park it on the roof if you want toI purchased my last tire from Walmart as they would not even prorate my tire!

How can service be so incredibly poor, and you still have open doors. I can not believe the inability to acknowledge your customer, never mind being helpful.

Great oil change service on Sunday morning. Drove up, provided info and onto rack for change. In/out in under 30 min. !!!

Tires for vehicle. RUDE. No other way to describe the attitudes at this place. Next time, I will gladly pay higher prices to deal with professionals and people that are not flat out rude and disgruntled.

This tire place saved my life I was literally stranded with a blow out and only had a certain amount of cash on me and they gave me a discounted tire even left me with enough money to have lunch for the day. I cried my eyes out in disbelief. True angels

Quick oil change here if you go early and reasonable prices on quality tires.

The customer service of that location auto center is horrifying i went their two times and second time was my last mistake, they are very very RUDE, THE GIRLS working on reception they even dont know how to talk with customers these girls dont have any ethics or education and i dont know which family they belong.....Right away they give you straight forward answer on your face that you feel embarrassment and you curse yourself why you come to that place and if you ask where is manager so they these girls say i am manager and the workers working in auto centre they standing and laughing at you..In front of me these girls were disrespecting one old lady and making fun of her.I would say never ever go to that Jefferson highway Walmart auto centre and save your respect...

Looked for the walmart tire and lube online. When you put your mouse over the icon, the advert SAYS that they do motorcycles and ATVs, but upon calling them they informed me that they dont do any work for motorcycles. Normally, these guys arent so bad, but they really need to get their act together and their advertisements fixed.

It took 45 minutes for the lady to come outside and acknowledge the people lined up for an oil change and she was rude.

Bunch of fools, after asking for a full synthetic they put conventional in a car that doesnt take conventional. If I didnt pay attention to the ticket it could have cause damage to my vehicle.

Had to argue with the Auto manager for a hour before she would honor their road hazard tire warranty.

I called it an advance to ask for a product and was advised by the associate we have the product when I get to the store they in fact did not have the product she said I thought you were looking for this it did not even fit the description of what I gave her the kills me that they didnt listen to the question that I had asked
