Inexpensive. Found what we needed. Ample parking. Ease of finding location from the street.

The manager is so professional and very nice. Sorry I forgot her name, and just one of the nicer cashiers/sales associates is Maria. She is so helpful and always polite. They are always very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Love the store since they remodeled. My favorite place to shop.

3 of 4 employees not wearing mask I ask the manager politely why him and two other employees are not wearing them and he was rude and basically blamed it was too hot bc the ac, they have commercial floor units and big fans bc the ac is being repaired it was not hot. He said either he would sufficate or have the close the store. Then he blamed society for the sickness and I told him exactly like people wearing mask and then ignored me and never put on the mask. It sad when a long time manager of dollar general cant set an example for others during a pandemic and then is very rude to customers

The workers here are one of the worst as far as customer service experience is concerned. Even though you CAN purchase clothing items that have no price tag but has a label inside with a series of numbers....the worker that i had ringing me up refused to sell me the pants i wanted to purchase. And he was so friendly...(not). I wouldnt recommend this store as the dollar general store to go to.

Its not the store so much, its got to be the town and remodeling that made this typically easy to find store nearly invisible. There is not any street signage that alerted me of where it is located. The Dollar General is located on the main thorough fair of Jefferson Ave. Look for it though, because even using Google maps, I overlooked and passed up the entrance. Once inside, its the usual stocking mess that is typical of this store chain. The employees are helpful and when I asked for the item I was shopping for, I was directly guided to the jumbled mess of cheap phone chargers. The best thing I can say is that its products are not overpriced. A phone charger can easily cost twenty dollars, especially at a convenient store. I found my new charger for eight dollars. Best of all, the checkout line was quick and the product worked as I expected, if not reasonably better than my expectations. To sum it p, location is good, visibly locating is terrible without street signage, the entrance to the parking lot is easily overlooked, but parking is ample. The store is a mess, it is Christmas time so I guess that is to be expected. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The checkout was quick. Prices were very reasonable.

I was going to purchase some things but there was no cashier up front. The workers were way at the back of the store and saw me standing at the front and didnt even acknowledge that someone was coming. They simply ignored so I walked out of the store. That is really sad for the business. How do you stay in business with lack of customer service? This store used to have good service but not no more. This is really poor management!

Awesome cashier, I appreciate their service amid this crisis, I was able to buy all my groceries, just no milk. I hope management takes care of the employees, so they can go home and take care of their families.

Nice staff. Well stocked. But the store is a little Chaotic...no real rhyme or reason to the layout. I had to just wonder the store to find what I wanted.

The store was low on cleaning supplies and completely out of bread. They did have the coka cola in stock, what I was looking for. The staff/cashier was very nice.

Really like Dollar general! Only problem, be ready to do some serious navigating because many isles are blocked with merchandise! Thats in all Dollar general stores not just one! The Dollar general market is better than the regular stores in my opinion! Anyone Agree???🐒🌮🔔😎!??

This store always seems to be in disarray. Stock carts unattended, bulk inventory on the floor seemingly awaiting to be put onto shelves. However, D.G. has fair pricing for middle of the road quality products.

I love the staff here, but it is so understaffed that there is too much to do for so little people!! Yet they always have a good attitude when I go!! It also smells dirty here. I wish I could give them more stars for the staff, but I could only bump it one star for them. They need to hire additional help here, some that will clean and stock shelves. No one can do that all in one day! Imo.

Shop here only if you like: shopping at a place that smells like urine, when its 80 degrees outside and the a/c is off or broken, not being able to access the items you want because the store looks like it was ransacked by a pack of wolves, waiting in line 8 people deep because theres one cashier open on a Saturday afternoon, possibly damaging the underside of your car because the parking lot is like driving on the moon. Did I mention IT SMELLED LIKE PEE?!?

I love the idea of Dollar General, but this location is never clean or organized. Also, the air condition is rarely on. Ive bought candy before and its melted or the chocolate has turned white where it has been heated and cooled again.

Great place to Shop. Downfall..... long lines to check out. The ice cream will melt before you get out the store. Theres not enough help Dollar General is being cheap. The employees there are great. But theres never more than 2 or 3 total employees and only one cash register open

Good place for the convenience, staff is friendly. The stocking carts in the isles gets to be tedious from time to time but overall good place with friendly smiles and a good selection of everyday items you may need.

Almost like a convenient store but more items - everything u need and more

For the most part I love it. Friendly employees but always extremely hot in there. And very often they get completely wiped out of certain items and it takes forever to restock them.

I would not recommend coming here to meet women.... or anyone for that matter.Great place to buy cheap stuff

The employees here are very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly attentive, they obviously take pride in their store,the difference between this dollar general & the dollar general just a few miles away are dsy&night.my husband and I will,have, & do go out if our way to go this location

It smelled very strongly inside the store in a bad way. The selection was not good. The parking lots lights were out. I did not stay long so I cant comment on customer service, but I will not be going back.

The 12 pack of Soft bathroom tissue is cheaper at Dollar General than the big Bentonville, AR store. Watch for the sale pamphlet and could can buy Folger Columbian Coffee for $5.25 per can.

Had a few of the essentials, toilet paper, bleach, cleaning supplies . A lot of stock needed to be put up. Could not get down some aisles.Staff was friendly but they were very busy.
