Good and quick experience! We stopped by early in the day and they were busy, so decided to come back later. When we arrived, an employee was able to immediately help us. I appreciated how he gave my niece suggestions for a replacement phone and assisted with switching the SIM card. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely return to this location for any future needs.

To say it simply, I came to AT&T today with a complicated order and Andrea helped me out. She was literally the best cell phone associate I’ve ever worked with in my entire life. She was knowledgeable, patient, and got me the best deals! I literally asked for her schedule because I’m only coming back when she’s working! Shop at AT&T and ask for Andrea! She’s the best!

I was greeted almost immediately when I entered the store. I wanted to change to a family plan with family members with other providers. This is a complicated and involved process. The 11 year experienced rep knew exactly what to do and in a friendly timely manner. Excellent service! Kudos to the manager Ashley V!

I had gone to 2 other store before visiting this location. At the other stores, my wait was no less than 30 minutes and no acknowledgment from associates. I was greeted and helped immediately when I entered the Elmwood location. Nick was amazing! He could tell I was stressed about my phone issue, but he made sure I was taken care of perfectly!

I just want to share my personal experience with the Sales Representative Jared who rendered exceptional service! He was patience, not pushy, and very compassionate. He was persistent with helping me transfer and save the only voice recording of my father who passed away a few years ago to my new device. Thank you Jared! I also had the chance to meet one of the managers Drew who was equally pleasant and respectful.Thank you both for being awesome!

At first I was turned off by this store in particular. Let’s say my experience was less than satisfactory initially. I actually banged heads with one of the staff in the store, we didn’t see eye to eye. I am personally ignorant when it comes to setting up new technology, and really needed help setting up all my new purchases (Apple watch, iPad, and iPhone 12 Pro). I was told that set up was a “courtesy“ and not a requirement for them to help me. I have major health problems (heart) and invested a lot of money into helping me monitor my vitals. After explaining my situation and my shortcomings in the set up, they were able to fix all I had messed up trying on my own. By the time I left, Nick, a sales rep, and I were hugging and relating sympathies like we were old friends. Nick (and I apologize for forgetting the manager’s name), set up my phone and watch and reversed all my mistakes from trying to set up on my own. They even saved information I thought I lost. The team here turned out to be great people who really took the time to help me out. Thank you for all of your help and care while turning my initial negative experience into a great one. Absolutely the worst sales experience in my life. Lying staff three times over.I asked the Sales person if I could upgrade my phone, he said yes. I asked if I could do the trade in promotion, at which point he lost all interested. Suddenly everything was only available online. Okay fair enough, can I buy the phone outright I ask, no hes just sold the last one. . .Okay so I head to my car start the order, at which point it lists the store im in front of as the pick up location for tomorrow and says theyve got four of em! All right so now I need to know if the website is accurate cause Ive got a trip coming in and dont trust the shipping to get to me the day before. And low and behold would you belive they locked the door 30 minutes before 6. Which is already 3 hours early.Look i get it commission work is rough. But we could have been done in the 30 minutes you sent me to my car. Why lie, just say you dont have time or dont want to.

Wow! The service I received today was nothing short of amazing! I had been stuck in a phone that I absolutely hated! My representative, Nick, was knowledgeable about the merchandise and greeted me very politely. He let me pay my bill, walk around some and came back to check on me again! Then he took his time to get me set up with a new device! The manager, Herbert Foster, was also super instrumental in helping me pick out accessories based on durability and quality. I’m walking away feeling like a valued customer. THANK YOU!!!

I have always found this team of associates to be extremely helpful!They have on many occasions helped me switch plans and save a lot of money each month.This week an associate and two managers worked together for several hours to do what was best for my small business. They were all extremely friendly and kept me updated throughout my very long process. I was sure they were all working to make it the best for me.I will continue to use this store because even though the associates have changed over the years they continue to have wonderful staff!!!

Terrible service. The person who assisted me doesnt know how to transfer Postpaid to Prepaid, without my acknowledgement he split lines in my account to individual accounts and changed the plans on both the lines to a higher plan, and he was so reluctant to answer questions and talk to customer service while I was in the store. For every question i asked he responded to talk to customer service as they cannot do that in the store.Worst customer service in store. Finally made a decision to switch to another carrier.

This was a great experience for me I came over from t mobile very upset and out of options so I took a chance with Jared and Damien from Att and I wish I would have came sooner they helped me get the phones I wanted save me a TON!!! of money and treated me great I didn’t feel like I was being conned or being sold anything it more like a they wanted to help fit what was best for me and you CANNOT AND WILL NOT GET BETTER SERVICE THEN THAT!!!! This place was great! I scheduled an appointment online and it was super easy. As soon as I walked in, Keila tended to me. She did a great job! She was very understanding, informative, and patient! Let me just elaborate thoroughly to proficiently show the diligence of the AT&T representative’s customer service!I came here after work today(3/17/21) at about 4:30pm to handle an issue with my phone that I thought was relatively simple. The problem was my LTE data was blocked because of a data suspension that occurred while I was out of the U.S. It was my first time being international and detrimentally assumed my unlimited data would cover me global. I was wrong lol. Well, by the time I arrived back in the US, I called AT&T and the told me that everything was fine with my service; they reset it just in case. Phone still did not connect to the internet (WITHOUT wifi). So I decided to go to a nearby store where I was serviced by the prestigious representative named DAMIAN! 1st, he reset my phone. Did not work. Then, he reset the software. Did not work. I then told him I had travelled internationally recently within the past few days and incurred the problem overseas. He then proceeded to change my sim card. Did not work to fix the problem. Finally, he suggested to trade my phone for a new one that would also save me money on a new plan, which should’ve corrected the data issue. Did NOT work! He worked with me for 2+ hours, prioritizing my concerns to realize he made a sale on my behalf without fixing the problem. Without gaining frustration, he contacts the upper AT&T administration and finds out that there was a undisclosed block on my data that he could not see on their database!! The representative finally communicated with him on the issue while he was going overtime on his shift just to make sure that I was taken care of.I know, this was an overzealously long review, but Damian exemplifies excellent service and care towards his customers and he needs to be recognized substantially for that!!! If he does not get offered a managerial position, I will be extremely appalled at how this store devalues it’s employees performance! Give DAMIAN BARROW a store of his own to run. He’s clearly a leader and needs to be the model of the values of AT&T!

Keila is a rock star! We went to this location to upgrade my wifes and my phones then add my children to our mobile plan with new phones and talk about my Directv with internet. Keila was very helpful in letting us know all of our options for mobile phone service and device upgrades. Although she wasnt able to assist me with Directv, I have to do that directly with them not at the store, she was able to make my entire family happy with new phones. Thank you Keila!!! Like another review, I too was told to just call billing to have the $30 activation fee waived. Per billing, this is not true, CS by phone said salespeople often do this to buyers. The only way for the one time charge to consider being waived is either the day of purchase or if notes were made by sales person. Wont be back to this location. We upgraded a second phone and went to their neighbor Best Buy.

Came in to inquire about potentially switching from Verizon to att. I was greeted quickly by The two guys in the front. When I was done looking at my options I spoke with The manager Kiersten who got me set up with all the information that I needed and answered all my questions patiently. I just moved into a new home and she informed me that my home was also set up for the att fiber service. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful!

Went to the store and I had a great experience with a sales associate She helped me understand myplan, assisted me with scheduling an upgrade, and helped my fiance with her phone line.HOWEVER Since then i have had nothing but trouble. And the whole system has been a complete mess and communication with a store/ coustomer care has been nearly impossible.They sent three technicians to my home witthin aWeek and everyone says something different.I called and tried to get through to a manager to speak on the issue. I was spoken toin a very unprofessional manner. I cannot recall the managers name she did however catch an attitude. This manager chose to be rude and blow off my issue instead of being helpful. My spouse and i work from home this is unaccaptable for an ISP.

My fiance and I recently had a few issues with our phones and Andrea was very diligent, friendly, and professional with solving our problems. We even had to stay an hour passed closing time and she didnt treat us like an inconvenience. So glad we switched from sprint to att! Much better customer service. The whole staff was great.

She listened and documented the entire unprofessional incident. The poor and rude level of professionalism by Kiersten. I commend Anna K and Raymond (Mgr. Veterans Store) for their professional assistance.While I am a singular customer, no customer myself, the foreign customer (who was rudely assisted) or anyone should ever be subjected to the unprofessional level of service we received - poor service that began for me with unethical and fraudulent sales behavior. Kiersten, the assistant manager was beyond rude and unprofessional. I think you should be aware of her behavior. NONE of the workers were wearing any kind of protective gear (gloves, masks, etc.) and were unable to observe the 6ft distance outlined by CDC guidelines with their “drive-thru” service. I was in shock and appalled that AT&T would put their workers at risk in such a way.

Slick salesman offered new phones, AT&T-now service, with internet, total package less than $160. They sent out a Dish guy that I refused, then sent cable, never did get contracted service. They tried to raise price to $89 cable, $50 internet & $149 cell phones for total of $288 plus tax for service. Used bait & switch tactics & tried to scam us. I cancelled cable but they charged me for a month of service because the cable was on for 3 days. Never got the phones we were promised, never got the service we were promised and I had to pay the installer $50 cash for signal booster because internet didnt work in rear of house.AT&T TOTALLY DISHONEST AND EVERYONE I COMPLAINED TO PASSED THE BLAME AND POINTED FINGERS AT EVERYONE ELSE.SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

Customer service was probably the worst Ive ever experienced. There were at least seven employees present and none of them greeted or even acknowledged customers as they entered. The wait was unnecessarily long and some of us who waited for 15-20 minutes were overlooked for a customer who had just entered. FYI - 7 employees, 3 customers being served and 4 waiting shouldnt equal a 20 minute wait.

Would do fewer stars but had to do 1, after popping into the store on St. Charles they only had 1 color in the phone I wanted (fine experience, just didnt have the product on hand), before I make a 3 year commitment to that I wanted to check to see if an alternative store had the color/ version of the phone I wanted. I was told Im not allowed to tell you inventory over the phone, when pressed I was told we have different colors but I cant confirm which colors come in which versions. And as I sat on the phone maybe expecting a little customer service I was hung up on!!! As someone that spends $2,400.00+ annually with a company on products and services, planning to purchase an upgraded product wouldnt there be an element of customer service available before I drove over there to make a purchase that is ultimately around $900.00. I wasnt asking for a product to be held, just to get an idea if the product may be on hand if I make the effort to drive there. Obviously my fees and measly little phone upgrade will not make/break any AT&T store but getting hung up on??!?!? Geeze this was a disappointing experience.

Worst service. I was quoted a price over the phone, showed up at the store only to be told that the associate I spoke to made a mistake. I asked if he could still honor the price I was given. He asked Manager, and after a lengthy wait was told by manager in training that he had bad news. Not sorry for the inconvenience, but bad news!!!!! He couldnt honor the price as stated by the employee. The actual manager said the same thing. Poor training and communication on everyones part. I wouldnt spend a dime in the after that. Id rather spend my money at Best buy. Ill also be emailing and calling at&t corporate about the situation with everyones name involved.

Weve been customers for 15 years and they spent more time trying to sell us DirecTV than to give me my $1,000 phone that I was buying they didnt help me with any of my contacts they didnt do anything and then they ended up charging her bank account without permission and got our television shut off for 4 days absolutely ridiculous. Their service was so bad that when my boyfriend got his thousand-dollar phone he went to the Metairie store we will not be back in this one. And there was nobody to call and talk about it because the person who gave us such a horrible deplorable service was the manager. They need to take time and give people what they come in for instead of trying to push other things on them we didnt even want DirecTV and we ended up not being able to watch TV for four days this AT&T store will only get bad reviews for me and I will tell everybody I know how horrible they are.

Terribly rude associate and manager. Came in for a new SIM card. The one I was given did not work. When I went back and asked for another I was refused, laughed at and told I needed to buy another phone. I went home and put the SIM from a working phone in and my phone worked perfectly.

PLEASE BE ADVISEDI’m sharing my BAD experience so people can’t learn from my mistake..I was with sprint for 7 years with 6 lines and my bill was $525 every month, I was tired of sprint.. so I order Directv.. the same day come to my house the AT&T rep wit credentials :SHARLANETIA TALBERT{aka}SHARLA SOLNCREDIBLE TALBERT {on fb}well she explain to my if i switch to att they will pay for my equipment, early termination fee .. until $650 per line ...and my bill will be $429 with Home Internet....wow was a deal right ???Well I did it.. i only have to just wait for my last sprint bill .. And sumit it ...well I received my last bill over $3000 I sumit it 3 Times I was deny .so I call customer care .. they told me they all ready give me credit for 4 lines and they never received the las 2 phones ..!! I contact the woman .. after and I told her I will go to the store she blocked me.. my 1st bill was $520 the 2nd $550So everything was a lie ..Now sprint send me to colección and i messed up my credit ..,I sure contact corporate.., Any ways please don’t switch companies, finish your contact and don’t believe other ppl Who only look for the commission!!!

Definitely one of the better AT&T stores in the area. Every time Ive gone in Ive been helped within 5 minutes, even when it appears packed. Staff has always worked with me to solve any problems Ive had, and I rarely have an attempt to upsell me go too far and become too pushy. This is my go-to store for AT&T problems or purchases.
