I am no sure who manages this dept but I just wanted to express how extremely nice All the workers are.I was a frequent customer at CVS because of my insurance.Well my insurance carrier changed and many prices became unaffordable. I have been dealing with walmart pharmacy for about 3 months now, and I can honestly say, that even Through all of the anxiety and frustration going on with Covid 19 they are very consistent.They are ALWAYS PLEASANT AND WILLING TO HELP!!! And I am 1 satisfied customer.You guys Rock!!!!!!!!!!

Staff lie about not having your medications in stock

I first called to transfer my prescription that I normally get at Walgreens. The problem was my insurance was cut off & Walgreens wanted me to pay $176. Well Wal-Mart had the same prescription for $9, no kidding. When I called I Gave the lady the wrong number to the Walgreens. So as I came in to pick up my prescription, she told me I gave her the wrong number. So I gave her the right number & with 10 minutes my prescription was ready. This was an excellent experience, the employees were soo nice to me. & the price is so reasonable. Thanks Wal-Mart pharmacy for being to available & on point.

I cannot understand them not having a prescription for my blood pressure in stock. And lately in the last 6 months I have received 29 1/2 pills instead of 30. Dont they look at what they are doing or dont they care. I am seriously considering pulling my 7 prescriptions and going to Walgreens pharmacy.

One of the cashiers in the pharmacy had me waiting and waiting for a rx while she never even put it into the system. Claim cause they was out of stock, she just put my stuff on hold and would get to it later. Went to another walmart (that was out of stock) and my meds will be available for pickup tomorrow. After bringing it to the pharmacist Joyce attention she seem to not have a clear understanding of my experience. Shes there to help fill rxs so patients can take their meds and feel better. NOT try to stress them more. Horrible service, very inconsiderate .

What is NOT wrong with this location? They take entirely too long to fill orders, the customer service is extremely dry, etc. etc....I ended up switching my prescriptions to Walgreens and I couldn’t be happier.

You have heard it before, but the pharmacy at this location should get zero stars, but you have to give them one. After waiting in line for 10 minutes or so, I was told they did not receive my prescription from Ochsner hospital from 2 days earlier. A coworker overheard my dismay, checked his computer and found the prescription. Why idiot #1 didnt have access to this information or trained to get it was probably because he was too busy chatting up other employees. With 6 employees behind the counter, Ive never heard so much idle chatter. You think that have had something to do with my issue? Employee #2 then proceeded to tell me they didnt have the drug and that he didnt know when they would get the drug. I understand not having a drug, but you cant tell me when you can get it? I asked why had Walmart not contacted Ochsner or me to say they didnt have the drug and didnt know when they could get it? He could only offer an apology. Sorry, when you need a controlled drug for pain caused by cancer treatment does not suffice. I knew I was beating a dead horse, so I asked him what he would do if he was me. Since he cant transfer a controlled substance to another pharmacy, he suggested I contact my doctor again to write the prescription at the pharmacy in Ochsner. The first intelligent utterance since my arrival...and thats what I have done. In a post script, I had to change to Walmart for that particular drug because United Healthcare in their infinite wisdom decided to drop Walgreens as a recognized prescriber. Go figure.

I call Walmart because I brought a puffer fish that want to eat what the rest of my pufferfish eat so I wanted to ask them what they were feeding her they tranfered me to 5 different departments. Before they hung up in my face.

I hate that a pharmacy that says they can do immunization does not carry some regular ones in stock. Meningitis not available they have to order
