Cannot be worse

Having the windows measured and ordered wasnt an issue. Although the measuring guy had to come back about 30-60 minutes later to remeasure, which seemed weird. The installation crew and their process? I was not impressed with. They had a poor sense of dealing with clientele who do not work for a window company. They didnt confirm the order well enough. One of the cracked glasses fell into my floor and shattered. They did not sweep and clean up arts of glass properly and definitely didnt have a sheet down as they told their boss. The windows look fine installed but Im not impressed by the cleanup and execution. They could have apologized and cleaned up the glass outside. I stepped into it yesterday without even realizing there was still glass - assumed they cleaned their mess. Super unprofessional in my opinion. Didnt apologize for the glass clashing and cutting parts of my floor either.

Do not call any other glass company. Reliable Glass replaced my business front window glass, Duplantier Fine Framing. They carefully removed the other three bay window glass taking care not to break the wooden framework. I wanted to reuse as much as I could. Then, they secured my shops windows with our hurricane plywood. Due to construction delays, Reliable Glass rescheduled their installation and at my convenience and installed not only the new sheet of glass, but also, the three original pieces which had to be cut to fit the newly constructed framework. Reliable Glass Company believes, as I do, that the customer comes first. I highly recommend Reliable Glass Company.
