Very limited on trash cans.... feel like they should have a better selection. Found the same one for $20 less @ Target. Its a hit or miss here.

Located in Market Heights. A very nice and clean store. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Great customer service and fast flow even with all the traffic. Although bathrooms were in rough shape😬.I esp love this place because I exchange my soda steamer tanks fort half the price and bring in a 20% off coupon Everytime. Love it. Best buy stopped carrying them. But these folks always have them in stock.💯☺️.

I saw alot of things that was not here the last time I was here. I think it was back in June 2009 was when I was last here. So I will be coming in more often

I have always had a great customer service experience in Harker Heights. Today I went to purchase a new cookware set. A big shout out to Sonya who went above and beyond to help me make the right choice. She spent the time with me I needed to make my decision. Although my online review through their survey did not complete, I called to let her store manager know that she is amazing. Thank you Sonya.

When I walked in, I looked up and this guy was entirely too close asking did I need help. I told him no and I knew exactly what I was looking for. He comes back to where I’m at within 2 mins) “did you find what you’re looking for?” And proceeded to come behind me. He was FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE. So I decided to cut around somewhere else and THERE HE WAS FOLLOWING ME. I asked him, are you following me he said with a very low tone— no. I left. I’ve heard of this store from the STAFF but now I’ve experienced it. As a black woman you chose to follow me when there were PLENTY of people in store. I will be contacting corporate.

Bed Bath and Beyond in Harker Heights has to be one of the friendliest and well ran stores I have been to in a while. 10 stars to Jessie. Thank you for your awesome personality, friendly welcome and eagerness. I was searching for a shadow box and thought the store did not have one in stock, we went out of his way to search online and provide other options. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Bought a massager omg the best and worth the price too the lady gave us a discount with a coupon if you spend over a 100 really nice lady plus she was really helpful and had great customer service as well

I havent been here in a long time, but they do have a lot of very nice things! 4 stars because they are a bit pricey. Although they do match prices. Very friendly customer associates! I did however buy a memory foam pillow and it was great to sleep on. I recommend this store. Thank you

I love shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond..I had to replace our old kitchen garbage because it was missing a top and my baby kept messing with it. I needed something that was baby proof and I found it for $51 at Bed Bath and Beyond.

Bed Bath & Beyond has a wide selection of products with great prices. What you cant find in the store you should be able to find on their website. The employees are always willing and able to help without being pushy.

Pretty much only go when we have a coupon in the item we want is on sale. And theyre one of the few places to have things in stock my girlfriend wants instead of waiting for delivery from the internet. Otherwise its just a box store to me.

This store is such a relaxing store, it gets you more In a decorating mood. The prices are high for some of the things. Cashiers are helpful. It’s a little smaller than some of the bed bath & beyond.

I have always enjoyed it here just a lil pricey, but its good stuff so yeah theres that.

The people working at this store in Harker Heights Texas are the absolute best, most attentive, polite folks of any store we shop at: food, department, discount or otherwise. Going on 70 years old, shopping there is like going back in time to the days when the guys and gals actually hoped they could make a customer happy. The staff is friendly and attentive, great selection of items. But the restroom is always super dirty and nasty the times that I have been to this location there’s toilet paper everywhere, toilets smell like pee. Not clean at all.They should hire someone to clean those restrooms more often.

Pricy but that’s what I get for marrying a wife who wants Ugg bedding in Texas.

I would have rated it 5 stars but they didnt have what I needed. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We went to register my daughter for her wedding. Sandra, the lady who took our information, was very helpful and interested. She spent a lot of time with us and walked us through the process. We were very impressed. The manager? of the store was less impressive. He was standing there I told him how impressed I was with Sandra and did not say a word or crack a smile. This same man had been in the store before and been the same way. I am confident he must have good qualifications or would not be in his position. However, he might work on his people skills. Back to Sandra...Great job!

This store makes me happy! Everything is always so clean, neat, organized and easy to navigate. The workers always greet with a smile in their voice no matter how hectic it is with other customers.

The people working at this location making shopping here feel like a very positive experience. They are very eager to help people out as much as they can. Im very satisfied with the bed set i purchased as well as how much it cost (clearance: $39.99) but if you arent getting anything from the clearance then i hope you plan on spending over $50 for a pillow and everything else bed related at least.

Went to find a griddle for $39.00 dollars. Talked to the Manager and she informed us that we could try it out and if not satisfied, we could bring it back. She was very very helpful. Being new to the area she signed us up for a 20% off of our entire purchase. We interacted with several staff there and they had the same Outstanding Customer service demeanor.

Really love this place for home decor ....however they are quite overpriced and the items are almost always out of order or overstocked!!! As well as outdated the store needs a makeover and to get new up to date items.

Seemed like every few min an employee would walk by and ask if I needed help. Great customer service! (kinda got old though).

Not happy at all with our last visit, broken items and would not let us exchange them 5 minutes after close when people were still in the store after I drove an hour back. My wife had to exchange them the next day and the associate was not professional to her at all. We shop here all the time but I dont think I want that same experience so your moving last on our list.

Quality merchandise prices are somewhat high in my opinion. Friendly service store laid out well. Considering the prices Ill visit with coupons and a froogle attitude.

Terrible service! Nearly in tears after leaving because I was searching for my coupon in line and the man at the register was incredibly hateful. He was rude from the start and when I asked to take my items back (so that they didnt have to) because what I wanted to purchase was marked down when it shouldnt have been he was offended and continued to be rude and made everyone, especially me, uncomfortable.I will never shop here again. Also, I hope he sees this and realizes how he made one bad day even that much worse all because he doesnt enjoy his job. Common BBB. Staff was prudent and vocal about the store closing within 5 minutes of several customers arrival.

They are a smaller store but they are always very nice.

Looks a little smaller than some of the other BB&B stores. Had most everything we were looking for. One of the employees was nice enough to help my daughter understand the discounts available for college students.
