So my daughters service engine lights comes on and I told her to go to the Auto Zone they will do it for you. They handed her the tool and said just connect it to the plug on the side. She had no clue what they where talking about. She was there 30 min trying to figure it out. I get there asked why, they said they cant do it anymore...But I wonder if they just dont have the staff with the knowledge to do it anymore. Poor communication and customer service skills

Staff was super helpful. Needed to replace the power steering fluid and they made sure I bought the right stuff for my car. Store was really clean and everything was easy to find. Definitely will be going back when I need more stuff for my car.

AutoZone is a womans favorite auto parts store. any employee working will gladly go out to your vehicle with you and help you out and for us women that is a savior. Everything is labeled easily, so even your least Auto intelligent person can find with they need. If they dont have what you need theyll order it for you, and if you need a tool for a big job you can rent it.

Always friendly, always courteous but more importantly always knowledgeable!Its the only auto store I know of that when you drive up theres employees in the parking lot helping customers! And this visit the parking lot was full.

Dont go to any other Auto Parts store unless I absolutely positively have to.

At this point, I dont even know where to begin. Ive been there four times. And all four times have been zero to maybe two stars! I even got the manager on my last trip there. He was rude and unsociable, while making me feel like I was wasting his time. I came back to return a product and get another. But that was apparently too much for him to have to handle... Needless to say that I will either be going to Advanced Auto parts, or OReilly Auto parts the next time I need help with a code on my car.

Very bad experience at store # 3064 located at 725 indian trailharker heights, TX 76548, there are two associates who do their job very badly, they are very despotic and they do not help you in what you need, they do not have knowledge of their work and their answers are very unprofessional.I am definitely not going back to this store, I have been a customer for many years and have never had a bad experience until I went to this store # 3064.

David helped me with finding the correct oil for my car. He was absolutely awesome, helpful and very friendly!

You better know what youre looking for and/or be prepared to search for it on your own. They have cashiers but no staff to really help you find what you need. Basically, youre on your own. Cashiers are nice though.

People are nice, I go here for the deals for motor oil and oil filters. Speaking of oil changes, I went and I picked out the oil recommended for my car. I got the special for oils changes. The clerk asked the make and model and I made the purchase. (Oil & Oil Filter) I got home started the oil change, and commits to change the oil filter, guess what folks it was the wrong oil filter? Now, Im stuck Im not putting fresh oil on with an old oil filter. I call the store they realize a mistake and they actually came and replaced with the correct filter. I now make sure, I get the product that I purchase.

My experience at this location has been unpleasant every time. Everytime Ive dealt with a individual wearing a grey shirt and the last few times for example 4 months ago I went there was a gentleman working and had a very poor mannerism with people which are adding money to his store. Coming off very rude as if it is an inconvenience to interact with customers. Recently i dealt with a female that had the most complacent and arrogant attitude. First off asking me what vehicle which I responded. Selected the wrong vehicle. Asks me engine size and looks at me crazy when I answered the question, which the answer would have been wrong reguardless for it was a completely different vehicle. Listening to my answer would be helpful. I understand being very busy but that does not excuse the manner in which these members of mangement conduct themselves. Despite my trying to be respectful. I asked for a particular filter and they point to the screen and said no see this ( pointing to the code on on the part) I dont have that in stock. I had to inform her Ive never worked for auto zone so I wouldnt know what she was referring to. Now I will admit I was grateful for she did go and retrieve the filter for me which was very professional and I appreciate it. I just felt the above comments should be mentioned if they are valid or considerable. Also i have a question of if ac Delco oil filters for a chevy malibu are supposed to come with a new oil filter cap seal. The one I purchased did not. Thankyou.Respectfully,Corey

They have a wide selection of products but their associates have a lack of product knowledge. The management doesnt seem to care that their new employees chase away customers with their ignorance. Other than that, the lines are short and its great for self service.

Took a battery in to be tested. It had to be charged first and I understand. Went in next day and nothing had been done. The lady manager told me they werent they to test peoples batteries.

I bought windshield wiper Last week and have autozon employees installed, next day rain, wiper didnt work properly, streeks, blurry... So 5days later return to store(no receipt) the manager(?) gentleman gave me runaround excuses, but the lady (I think Cynthia) ask me purchase date and she found receipt on computer find right type of blade and works like brand new. She is super!!!!! Thanks👍👍

I was very pleased with Ross R.s help with finding the headlight bulb I needed today. He could not have been more helpful and I truly appreciate it.

Needed assistance with my headlight, purchased a bulb the representative attempted to replace it and stated that my headlight was messed up. Took it to a shop and purchased another one it worked just fine, seems that maybe the assoicate at A.Z. touched it which caused it not to work.

Maybe the commercial ladies in the store have good customer service skills... no one else does. It seems every one of them hate their job and the customers for making them do their job. Walking a customer or pointing out an item on the shelves isnt hard... anyone cam do it. I suggest these people correct the attutide. Anyone can be trained on that software and yalls customer service skills are In no way an asset

Great service. Had exactly what I was looking for.

I used this Autozones wiper blade book to pick out a set of wipers for my truck. I remember thinking that their book was far more accepting of my trucks various years than the one I looked at in Home Depot which broke nearly every 2 years into a different required blade. Home Depot didnt carry the type of blade I needed so I came here. Anyhow, I bought the brand and model of blade it told me to. Sure enough, the blade didnt fit my trucks wiper arm type. Carlos was super helpful in quickly running in to get the right type, installing them, then processing the new transaction without hitch. He also asked if I was in the military to give me a discount (which Im assuming Im not the only one who always forgets to use it). Thank you, Ill be back!

Out of all of the AutoZones I have dealt with...this is the WORST. BAD customer service. Sold me wrong parts, didnt offer assistance to replace part (bulb). if he did, he would of found out that he sold me the wrong bulb. Some advice, if you work in a customer service environment, change your attitude. The BEST AutoZone is in Lampasas! Recommend you get some training from that store.

I brought a 2017 F 150 King Ranch at the AutoMax Ford in Killeen Texas about a month ago.However I notice that one of my Remote Control have a spare key inside the remote and the second Remote Control does not have one. I call AutoMax Ford to try to find out why I dint get a second key inside my Remote Control. I spoke to more than 9 different persons (all lady’s) at the AutoMax and not one person can’t help me. It look like this people are not gating proper training. You go over to buy a car and everyone want to help you to squeeze every penny of you, but you ask for help, no one know anything. Thank you for nothing....

I visited this location today because my car was having problems starting, asked the older gentleman to read the service engine code that popped up and it came back catalytic converter, I knew I had an exhaust problem previously and asked if that was part of the problem, he was very rude, made me feel really stupid and I was honestly flabbergasted with the way he interacted with me, I asked if he would test my battery and he made it seem like I didnt know anything and it would be pointless, so I left and went to orielys, the gentleman there helped me, did the code test, same reason popped up and he advised it didnt make sense on why the vehicle wouldnt start, he then tested the battery and it came back bad battery! He was so helpful and thats all I needed from the older gentleman at autozone in the first place! I will defiently take my business else where from now on!
