Im happy to have a target right up the street from my house BUT this target has a very small selection of items ESP when ordering online for pickup or curbside. Mainly groceries. I will click on the item to add it to my cart only to see “item not sold at this store” “search for nearby stores in stock” “out of stock” etc… target is AIIGHT but def not a one stop shop. IF I HAVE TO STOP AT HEB AND OR WALMART IN ADDITION TO MY TARGET RUN… i might as well get everything i need from the other store instead. It will save me time AND money cause we all know target be taxing!!! (Btw when i did order some produce from here it was bad. Strawberries were molded in 2 days which means they gave me already old fruit.)

Nice, clean, friendly. Fast cashiers, always have what I need in stock. If you ever need help they go out of their way to help.

Drove all the way out like 30 minutes to get a price match which I called before hand to make sure before I made the trip to see if they price matched with the exact store and everything. Erin verified over the phone it was allowed. I then went into the store and showed it and a older lady at the register huffed and said we can’t do it and told me to leave. I just asked her if they could and then on top of that she walked away and didn’t come back

They refused to honor the price of an item that was stocked wrong. Then they lied about it being in the correct spot when all them were clearly in a 19.99 spot and not 29.99. The store is completely disorganized and cluttered and the price scanning machines are always down.

Fast fun and friendly pick up order

Enjoyed this Target. Very friendly staff. Had problem with my phone that was purchased. Talked to person in electronic, he was very knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. Took him a fee minutes and problem solved. Thank you to this store for caring and helping.

Nice store with big variety of products. The clothes and shoes are good. Also you can find very nice home furniture and decor. They also have Starbucks there!

They need to get more people in the pharmacy ASAP!!! One person trying to answer phones that were going off, give injections, and ring up customers. Took 30 mins for me to pick up a filled prescription and I normally don’t come here. I will request Walgreens even if my current Rx is out an will wait until they get it in; so I don’t have to deal with this debacle again. The man didn’t acknowledge me when he seen me waiting an I had to request him for him to use a coupon as the price is a lot higher than going to Walgreens.

Headed 2 Target this morning looking 4 milk after the freezing weather led 2 most stores being deprived of simple food supplies. Targets staff was working hard to stock the food n made sure I got my milk. These guys r hard working heroes. Thanks!

Apparently if you show up 20 minutes after 8am friday morning after they restock collectable sports card just after the rush is gone. The manager puts the card away even when there was sooo many boxes left. I was buying one for my sons birthday and all they said was “should have showed up at 8”What is the point to put away CARDS if PEOPLE ASK FOR THEM. Just because you didnt have a mile long line this morning? Yall are hilarious. Dumb. So dumb.

The most important thing was the friendliness and ease. Although as it was my first time I had trouble finding the pick up counter. Could you make a hanging sign or more obvious sign? It would make finding the pick up counter easier to find. Thank you!

Store is clean, well stocked, and associates are very friendly, and the prices are GREAT! Employees constantly cleaning and disinfecting, due to covid. They have lots of stuff the competitors dont seem to be able to stock....

Excellent Customer Service @ my local Target in Harker Heights, Texas!Such caring staff and very efficient to my needs. Wait time was a breeze, I just walked up to customer service to retrieve my online pick-up order. The lady who attended me was such a sweetheart! I am so sorry I didnt get her name. She even made sure I got a disinfected shopping cart for my purchases since they were a little heavy. Thank you Target for having such wonderful employees!!!

Very nice clean store. One of the reasons many people decide to shop in Target other than the good stuff is to get a treat at Starbucks, now theres no sitting in that area even if other Starbucks are open for dine in. Please offer outdoor seating, you have plenty of space at front of store!

Since this is my closest Target to go to I have to come here. Clean environment, people wear their masks and polite workers. But its so disappointing because they hardly have a items at the dollar section entrance. Everything is always gone when I go. The bathrooms are not to clean. Toddler boy clothes not a big area they have more clothes for toddler girls and babies.

I accidentally placed this for pickup at the guest services counter. I called, and they brought it out to me at the drive-up spot with no hesitation. I am thrilled with the way they treated me and how quickly the service was.

Tried 3 different targets to get the free welcome baby kit. All were out told me I have to do it online. Then I find out that they have a recall. So now Im not allowed to get it because you have to get before baby is here. This is why I hate target

Staff is very helpful and patient. Store is always clean and organized. Ive lived in several states but I can honestly say that this is my favorite Target so far.

They are not enforcing the states masks mandate here. Hardly anyone in the store was wearing a mask. I was furious and baffled at Target - I truly dont understand why keeping everyone safe is such a big deal... But I know I wont be shopping ANYWHERE that does not enforce customers to wear masks - because my family and I are not safe in that store then.

Always crowded in places like this. Customers are so slow you have to pass everyone walking so slow, there should be people guiding customers inside because people just walk all over the place to where you got to doge out of their way.. sometimes you will see a few no wearing mask as well.

Kylie at the Target in Harker Heights Tx is absolutely amazing! Her customer service skills, patience, attitude and friendliness made the stressful trip to Target well worth it! With social distancing, products being limited or out and rudeness of other guests, Kylie helping us with the self service checkout and the issues we had made our visit a good experience. We had to travel 35 minutes to Target but we will do it again because of employees like Kylie!

I went to Target to find jeans for adult women, but all you had were skinny jeans, or already torn jeans. I decided to just look around to see what I could find. I found really good socks, that I had been wanting for a while. Then I went to the grocery section. I was very happy to find Lipton tea on sale. 2 for $6.00. Thank You So Much !!! While at the store, on such a busy day, any employee I came across was very helpful and kind

My husband is recovering from heart surgery. Pickup was so helpful with my reduced energy from caregiving. Target was efficient and ordering online was easy. I used pickup for the first time and it required going into the store which was quick and easy, but next time I will use drive up for more convenience.

Typical Target experience. The store was clean, the aisles were stocked and the employees were friendly. Im sure Ill be back again some time soon.

I was in Target at Harker Heights and I had the best experience of all time! We are expecting our first baby and it’s been a ride, but Hakeem and Lazandra made it so much easier for us. They were patient and kind as we tried picking out the dresser for the nursery. The order was a bit complicated because sales were different online than the store but they manage to get us the price we saw. They were AMAZING! Lazandra even for our registry she helped us download the app and showed us how to sign up for it. Thank you so much you guys ! You both have made this experience wonderful.

I purchased pillow cases in November and returned them later that week because they didnt match the sheets I already had. When I went to return them I didnt have a receipt but the exchange lady was able to return to same card. She didnt offer me a confirmation receipt. I asked is that all do I need to do anything else. She said no. I never got the money refunded. I returned to the store over a week later and the manager tried very hard to help and even stayed with me while we called their support. No luck. Now I have no pillow cases and am out $40.04. the lady who intially did the return was either really mean or very incompetent.

Bcuz the service was good. Customer service was great and I can even had someone to help take item to my car.

Availability of items and friendliness of employees; they are still cleaning buggies; I love the poster at the front of the entry that tells you whether certain items are on the shelf

The process for ordering online was easy and the ladies that helped me in the front were very nice and the other team members also made sure that someone had helped me. I really appreciate the friendliness of the associates at this store!

Honestly I love the fact that I can have coffee while I walk around. I love the cleanliness of the store and the carts! I can actually put all 3 of my kids in a cart if I want which is AMAZING. I went today just to get out of the house and walk around. It’s always a place that both the kids and I can just relax while we shop. I love that they have all of the essentials that I may have forgot to grab at the grocery store even though it’s not a super-target.

Customer service is top notch. Just need more stock of items that they sell.

Target is a nice experience but Target lacks a lot of products. People might feel as if theyre better than Walmart but they dont offer as much.

Target staff have become the equivalent or greater than the Chick-Fil-a standard. The way I’ve seen Target respond in this crisis makes me more than a fan for life. I even try to get as many of my groceries from target as opposed to grocery stores because of quality and amazing customer service.

Products I want are in stock. Personnel are friendly and helpful. For me, Target has been a fun place to shop for nearly 30 years.

Experienced the rudest customer service representative in exchange and returns tonight. Tone, body language, and dirty looks. Completely taken back - Instead of exchanging my items - I almost put my stuff back! But luckily the customer service rep right beside this rude individual helped me and was so sweet!

I couldn’t find my leggings at any store so I ordered them for store pick up at target while I was in the parking lot. My husband and I walked in found a coffee pot we liked and the order was ready. I swear it didn’t even take them 10 minutes. They were that quick!

Willingness to help find replacement items

This Target is a life saver! I have celiac disease and need gluten free food/baking supplies which are so hard to find in store but at this Target everything I needed was there and not extremely overpriced. Also, the staff is amazing and always run off to get coupons if they notice you have an eligible product. Thank you Target!

I really am thankful to this target store and crew. When i made orders for pickup there was never a hassle. I had difficulties with their competitors but they hit it on the nail everytime. They were always on time and if something was missing they always corrected the problem on the spot.

April 2019: The picking of online orders is very quick and when you pick you order up its normally problem free. Sometimes you have to find an employee to help you.March 2020 Update: picked up an order today only to be ignored by employees at customer service until the manager helped me. Apparently it is more important to spruce up the empty self check out bags and gather up the basket and a couple of hangers then help the customer pickup area where tou have looked at the customer twice already.

Harker Heights, TX Target return customer service associate greeted me with a smile and was professional, friendly and helpful. He was one of the best associates I have encountered from shopping 22 years at Target. The associate overseeing the new self check registers had no smile, no warm greeting, yawning and I overheard him say that he could not wait to get off work. The two associates were very far on the professionalism scale.

Service was great. Ordering was easy / Email was sent within the time span promised / In-store pick-up was quick and the associate was polite and friendly / Wait time was negligible.

The staff was absolutely the best

We asked for help and an employee came right away and answered our question. Didnt catch the ladies name but she was very friendly and helpful. The store itself is really messy especially around the check outs and snack area. It almost looked as if nothing in that general area had been cleaned in some time. It was also quiet warm in there but it is summer in Texas.

I dont know if its just this Target or if is a Target trend, but there was a delightful young lady in the dressing area ready to help carry my selected clothes to the dressing room and help my with my selections! It was so like the service that we used to get in the best department stores that I can hardly wait to get an excuse to go shopping there again! What a treat! I left smiling instead of frustrated!

I have always liked Target since growing up back in the day. although not sure if its this Target in my area but it doesnt have a lot of things I remember seeing but then again thats everywhere.

Great store to buy basic groceries and general items such as clothing, houseware, cookware, electronics and toys.

I placed an order of over $100 worth of baby items with the intention of spending $100 to receive the $20 gift card. When the gift card did not arrive, I called customer service. I was told the following two things: 1) The crib sheet in my order did not qualify as a baby item. 2) the butt paste was sent to my home instead of in store pick up, which invalidated the gift card. In response, I initially requested to pick up the butt paste in store and was told it was an option. However, when I received the email that my order was ready for pick up, I was notified that they had run out of stock of the butt paste in store and asked me to choose a different option to receive it; this is the only reason I chose to have it shipped to my house. I was then told that my order still fell less than $2 short of reaching $100 since the crib sheet did not qualify as a baby item. I am disappointed in Target’s marketing; if a crib sheet is not going to qualify as a baby item, Target needs to do a better job of making that clear so as to avoid the feeling I have that I was baited and switched. I would not have placed an order that large if I was not trying to reach the $100 to receive the gift card. And if Target had made it clear that a cribsheet does not qualify as a baby item, I would have added another item to bring my order from $98 and change to over $100. The customer service rep could not resolve my issue other than to say she could submit it to her manager. If Target does not improve its transparency in marketing its promotions, I doubt I will be the only customer who takes my business to elsewhere.

Hakeem is very nice and although our photo order was a bit messed up, he went outof his way to correct the problem and reprint our photo’s to make the order right for us. Very friendly service at this Target Store in Harker Heights from this young man. Thank you very much.

Everyone loves Target so if course its good, but this particular location is definitely on my go-to list because of the polite, upbeat staff, Starbucks, food stand, and its always clean & organized. There are self-scan stations as well as regular cashiers so the wait is never very long. Definitely recommend.

Yes, some of the staff could learn some things about customer service. No not every team member is rude or conceited. Most Ive come across is smart, encouraging and helpful. Cartwheel is awesome but it would help if the store had more of the sale items. Especially one day sales. 50% off a different toy every day is not helpful if the store does not have it in stock even prior to the sale. (Shelf space but no item)

The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time using the app to get the deals with the gift card. She helped me every step of the way.

Went there to get a stroller for my niece...saw the one she liked followed the directions to get a team members help. Shelby came looked up the item told us it wasnt at that store but could get it online in 5 days....babys here already so opted for a similar stroller Shelby looked it up and it was available told us to meet her up front (could be a few minutes) we walked up to the registers waited about 5 minutes and there she was with the box....took it to the car and helped put it in. Very good experience today thanks Shelby!!!
