Clean and well stocked awesome beer selection!

Great selection from what seems to be ALL around the world. Within each type of spirit/alcoholic beverage are even more choices. Whether it be for a weekend get together, party or even just a relaxer, this place has what you need. The store is kept clean, staff is friendly and willing to answer questions you may have.

Very rude and unfriendly, especially the manager Greg. Not even a “hi” or a “thank you.” Will be driving extra miles to go to specs instead.

Quick in and out clean well organized well stocked always have my preferred.

The store is fine. Unsurprisingly the employees are some of the most grotesque people I have ever seen. Evident by the pile of cigarette butts on the curb and burn marks on the building.

I walked in with a full face shield it was see through though and they wanted the not serve me unless I put on a mask that I could not breathe out of these are the worst people on the planet they must be democrats

I just learned about the Texas law of buying alcohol in the presence of minors while trying to purchase alcohol while my brothers were with me. I didnt know that I couldnt, even the lady that went said ahead of us said she had never heard of it before. I definitely understand the cautiousness but I didnt want to leave them in the car either. The way that it was rudely bought up and the way he held the drink and lemon juice away from me like I was a child was uncalled for, the whole situation was uncalled for another customer pointed out. Definitely wont have to worry about coming here again. I understand the law but he could have went about it a different way instead of being a jerk.

Very friendly and understanding staff. Made a mistake with a transaction and they handled it without issue. I felt sheepish at my mistake but they assured me it was fine. They didnt make a scene about it at all. Best place to shop!

Its always plesant staff and wait times are short. They appeared to offer gift wrapping around the holidays

IGNORED AT CHECKOUT ! I get that they ask if one needs any assistance today and they get blown off by costumers. I get that can be annoying. Most of the time people do know where stuff is. BUT then to get back at people when they are ready to check out by ignoring them first and then Oh where you read? Come on I was standing at the register in front of you for more then 10 seconds. Then she puts my things in a bag rather quickly and thats it. No questions, No cash or card notthing. So I wiped my card and do all the typical things. Receipt prints out, she trows it in my bag and leaves the register. WOW super rude. You could at least gave me a fake HAVE A NICE DAY !!! Never going back !!

Usually a good store but whoever the older tallwhite guy is is beyond rude

The store and inventory is impressive, however, one of the staff members was extremely rude and condescending. Later, when I was recounting my horrible customer service experience, my friends interrupted and asked if the girls name was Molly. Not only was it the same employee, but shes clearly not well-suited for her job. It is a sad testament to a store when several people can sit and share their dissatisfaction simply by mentioning Twin Liquor.So do yourself a favor and go to another store, there are two in the immediate area, and a billion others in Heights and Killeen.

We left work got there at 8:50 to get my moms favorite liquor which is what she wanted to drink on Mother’s Day and they where closed despite the sites saying they close at 9 it left my mom crying saying all she wanted was for one thing to go right today as it was a hard day at work thanks tail liquors

This is an upscale place to get a huge variety of alcoholic beverages. Great people to back up good inventory and fair prices.

Good prices. Good selection. No local flavor though. Bland atmosphere, as far as liquor stores go.

The staffs vary friendly. I dont go to it ofter but when I do theyer never rude to me or anyone else like alot of liquor store workers I deal with tend to be

They must have seen the bad reviews because they were very nice to me. I dont know too much about liquor but to me the selection was good and very well organized.

The supervisor “Greg” do not have good customer service skills. For him to be a manager he needs to attend customer service classes.

Not as much of a selection as specs.
