This is our favorite B&N location. The staff are always so friendly, and they give great book recommendations. Plus, they are always happy to answer any questions or help you find exactly what youre looking for. The store is always very clean, and the Cafe has a decent little selection, too.

This place is great. Customer service is great. However, those with heat sensitive illnesses, be warned. They keep it extremely hot in here. At least 75+ and it’s to the point that it is unbearable after about 10 minutes. Plan in advance if you come here.

Best place to buy books!! The people here are always helpful and kind and will always go that extra mile to help you find that one thing youre looking for!! Love love love this place!! Not even just for books, they have games, collectibles and puzzles here too!! Ive not ever had a bad experience here!! If they had a million stars Id give it to them!!

Decent-sized store with a nice and healthy selection of books, magazines, arts & craft kits, board games, and other interesting curios. The displays and sections seemed well-kept and organized.The board games are divided into two separate areas, one in the kids section and one in the hobby section, which I thought was unique and cool. Havent seen any other Barnes & Nobles do that, at least not back in California.Theres an on-site Starbucks-type thing (might be an actual Starbucks, I wasnt paying attention. Ill update when I go back.) for drinks, pastries, etc.I had a great experience here overall and will definitely come back again.

They did not have the 2 books I was looking for, but still found some great reads, and ended up at starbucks with a great tasting refreshment.

Really love the huge selection here and the cool, calm and warm atmosphere this place offers. Only downside is when I came in for the first time the other day no one helped me or asked what I was looking for out of the 5 employees that I passed. I know its not a big deal but it would have been nice to just have someone ask if I needed help.

This Barnes & Noble is so clean and well organized! The layout makes it easy to browse, and before I knew it I found myself lost in a good way! I took my daughter here to pick out a book, and she loved it! Staff are friendly and helpful! Will be coming back!

Friendly employees, I called asked if they had a book and they put it to the side for me since I was coming from a different city.

As much as I like to support brick and mortar stores and as much as I used to love Barnes & Noble, I am no longer a big fan. I get my books online mostly now a days and with the preview feature I dont really need to hold a book before I buy. The main difference is that I can get a book online for often less than half the cost and even when they are on clearance at b&n I can still get them cheaper. The stores are nice and clean but its just not for me.

Whenever looking for writing that friends and I cant find anywhere else.... I just place a quick call. If its not in stock these friendly, down-to-earth, informative staff members will put in a order for you which usually takes less than a week.

I havent been here in years, they have a great selection of childrens books and also baby learning toys to keep babys brain stimulated. If you purchase any childrens book you get a $17 book for $7.99 at check out. Also buy one get one free cookie at Starbucks when you check out from showing them your receipt.

Crickets...so many crickets one went up my skirt and violated me but barnes and nobles was nice and everything was easy to find and navigate and the workers seem alright

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble store. Tons of stuff to do and lots of different kinds of books to check out. Really big kids section in the back, big section in the middle for your electronic devices you might want to buy, and lots of movies and audio to the right of the store. Love drinking my coffee amd reading a book i just bought at the Starbucks cafe they have inside. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The cashier was very helpful and courteous. She showed us where the Bible covers, gel markers, and tab kits were kept.

I love this place. Great for a study date or peaceful hangout. Great selection of literature as well.

Very good selection of books and graphic novels/ manga. Staff was very helpful and helped me find a book I was looking for. They have a kids section and some toys. As well as a place for board games and figures such as dungeons and dragons. Very clean and easy to navigate.

I have been going to Barnes and Nobles since it opened, they literally know us by name. I have only ever had great customer service and they get orders quickly.

For a chain store that sells physical books they do a good job of customer service, lay out, and stock. Entrance is wheel chair accessible, as are restrooms. There is an area for electronic sales and a coffee shop inside. A few chairs have been placed back to encourage browsing before purchasing.Prices are higher than other sellers online but maybe the convenance makes it worth wild!

Favorite quiet retreat to take the kids and read with them in the ample sized kids book area. Not to mention the convenience of grabbing a nice hot cup of coffee and a snack at the in store Starbucks (but due to some arrangements with B&N those Starbucks dont accept Starbucks app payments, so no stars for your visit) but we love going and getting coffees/hot chocolates and finding a cozy corner to read and browse the books, toys, and comics (although their comics, graphic novels, and manga books section could use some broadening)

As one who expects a Barnes and Noble to be somewhere I can browse a lot of books, this one does not fail.The place is clean and orderly. Even the bathrooms have been cared for the times Ive used them.They seem to have a good stock of books, though a few times I went looking for certain subjects, like guitar learning material, they either had slim pickings or none at all. I cant expect them to have every book in existence though.The staff I have encountered has always been nice and helpful, if not always knowledge but they try their best. The only complaint I would have is how hard it is to track down an employee. Often times youll have to head to the register and ask if they can get someone to help you.All in all it is every thing I would expect from a Barnes and Nobles. I think its short comings can be over looked and have never ruined my experience in the store.

I think it has a great selection of books at modest prices but its lacking in the graphic novel department and could use a bit more books. However if you just want a place to go get a book some coffee and quietness this is a good place to go.

I love that people can come here and drink their tea, coffee, have cookies and such and enjoy great company. We used it as a meeting place for our support group for us with a chronic illness. We had people come from over three hrs away. This one was easy for those who are unfamiliar with the area to find. Theres lots of parking and even though the wait was too long for Starbucks, it was still worth it. Until next time Starbucks!!

I loved this B&N. Our cashier was friendly and there was a larger selection than Ive seen in bigger stores! I got the 2nd and 3rd book of the Ember series by Sabaa Tahir and cant wait to dig into those. They have an amazing sale on some of their books buy one get one 50% off right now! They even have a Starbucks inside for those who may want to relax a bit. The only thing that was disappointing was there werent many volume 1s in the comic book/Manga section. That seems to be the case with most book stores though. Definitely plan to go back!!

The store itself is super clean and welcoming. The customer service is by far one of the best I have received at a chain bookstore. The sales attendants definitely know their jobs, and surpass the normal sales representatives I tend to run into. They look like they enjoy their job and it definitely shows. I think out of all the times I have went to this bookstore I only ran into one cashier that may have just been having a bad day. Overall recommend it to anyone in need of a good book, or in general who wants to catch up on some reading at the in-store Starbucks.
