Excellent customer service! The young lady I spoke to over the phone help me locate a pair of boots across the country that my husband was wanting. She was able to find the size that I want and got me connected over to the right people! All in all I have a wonderful experience every time I shop at this location.

Great quality work clothes and extras! I love the 511 brand and while they are more pricey then other brands they are definitely worth it!

Outstanding staff! The young lady that assisted me in choosing a bag was very knowledgable and helpful. She went as far as getting out her personal bag so I could see how it wears and even let me try it on with weight in it. I actually ended up going a few bucks over my budget on it because she sold it so well.

Just buy it off of amazon, its usually cheaper and easier to return.

Alot of cool stuff but be prepared to pay top dollar for it. Even the belts are gonna cost you.

If you arent familiar with 5.11 gear, expect high prices. Wide selection of tactical clothing. During my visit the was only 1 person working and was more interested in speaking with a customer.

Manager rang up my purchase twice and then refunded one. He said the first didn’t go thru, yet both hit my account and then he refunded one. Guy obviously lied and rather stupidly, as calling my bank showed.

Great staff and store, have lots of 511 clothing. Only reason they lose a star is the total lack of selection for tall sizes.

My husband is going to fire school and this employee advised me on the pants that are most recommended for fire fighters and shoes for a future purchase! They got the gear for the job but the people that do the job cant afford to buy the gear here

My favorite place, thanks to Covid I missed the opening back in April, but making up for lost time, truly has what military and contractors look for in the way of tuff stuff.
