They have been really helpful, and they always take care of me. I’ve ordered wheels, tires, and a train horn through them and had them install them. Everything went great and anytime I had a problem (for example the button for my train horn went out) they fixed it for free. Great people, money well spent.

They did excellent work on my Jeep. The price was not that bad either. I am impressed with the level of detail they took to take of any issues. They were also very willing to stand by their work. They are receptive to concerns and conducted themselves professionally.

I definitely do not recommend this place. Poor communication and lack of planning. I wanted to do more business with them until my first time being there. I lifted my truck myself in my driveway I took it to them for wheels/tires and alignment. The kid that did my truck not only broke my mirror on my brand new 2021 Ram Cummins. The alignment was not done correct. As far as the mirror goes. I was promised that they would buy a new one and replace it. Of course it never happened. So I fixed it out of my pocket. I was asking about certain things I wanted to get done to my truck. They where over charging with prices and the labor cost was even more. Lol I spent good money with this company and feel like I was ripped off. I will never step foot on that property again!

This place went above and beyond to help me put a leveling kit on my f-150. I say this because I called them a few days before new years eve to get a quote. My parts came in right before new years eve and they installed on new years day when EVERYONE else was closed, they exceeded my expectations to help me out because I explained to them that it is my work truck that I use to commute out of town and needed it done before Monday. I appreciate the businesses like this, they are becoming fewer and fewer these days, I am glad I live right by them and look forward to future business! Thanks again guys!

Newish business…last year or so. Great displays, wide selection, lots of different services provided. That’s what got me in the door and spending $9000+ with these guys. They’re pretty attentive at that point. Service after the sale though, extremely lacking. Disappointing considering I would have liked to do more with them. Not now…I won’t go back. The easy part is selling people stuff. What’ll keep you in business is how you take care of them after you have their money and how you handle situations after the sale. Just know that before writing this I’ve made several attempts to contact via phone, voicemail, messenger, and even tagging them in a post on their Facebook page with no response to date. I don’t live close, so dropping by takes planning. Do better Lift Kingz.

Reasonable folks. Went above and beyond with my truck.. they didnt have the part, so they sent one of their workers to Arlington to get it for me. Complete the work on my truck in the same day. Awesome experience.

I went there and they did not explain what was all needed or what was included in the lift package and then had to take it back and they still didnt fix the problem and now have to go to another place and get it fixed right and spend more money..they do not know what they are doing and do not recommend them if u need any work done dont go there!! And they are very over priced..

Will never do business with Bryan again. This guy sold me a lift kit and wheels and over priced me big time. The lift kit was $2,900 and he added an extra $1,000 to the price of the kit and I’m not talking about the installation price. I ended up paying 5k for a kit and labor that’s only worth 4K. The only way I found out was because his employee at the time Eric sent me the tracking number to show the estimated time for the delivery on the kit. So I used the tracking number and called the company to get the actual price of the kit. I ended up getting refunded 1K after several conversations and having to go to his shop. As for my rims, after my kit was installed, whoever he had install the kit mest up the threading for the caps on the rims. I took it back to show him what they done and he informed me that he will have to replace my two front rims. I will say that was back in may and as of today I’m still waiting to get a status of my rims. Back in July, Julio his employee told me that the rims should be in on the 26tb of that month. I called back to get a status and Julio got an attitude after I called him out on their unsatisfactory business they do and hung up on me. I called and texted the owner of the shop Brian and he has yet to return my call nor text back. This is what I’m dealing with as a customer. PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Took my 75,000 truck and totally messed up the sensors. Did not do what they promised when they promised. Took my money and did not properly install the components. They are extremely over priced and not very good at what they try to do

I was given a runaround for labor and about to be charged double from what I was quoted when I first got there. I read the bad reviews before posting this. they all sound about right. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This place has some of the best customer service Ive experience in my entire life. Super friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. I got a 6in lift installed on my truck and it looks great and runs like a dream. If given the chance both Eric and Anthony are great guys to work with. But I dont think youll go wrong working with anyone else either. Especially here in Killeen these guys are the shop I reccommed you go to if you looking to do a little extra work on your truck/vehicle.

These guys did a outstanding job installing LED headlights and fog lights upgrade on my Toyota Tundra. Great customer service, competitive pricing, and a friendly environment. Definitely recommend their work!

This place ripped of my daughter told her it would take 2 hours to install a new cover and so charged her $250 dollars. It took less than a half hour . When I asked for some reduction on installation cost Eric Alanis said well I told her upfront it would take a couple of hours. I said it took a half hour, you over charged for labor. He said well I told . Watch them for over charged no wonder he just wanted it dropped off so they could finish it and call after 2 hours. I messed that up when I stayed and waited a half hour again a half hour. Think I will give the BBB a call.

Emailed for a quote, never got a response. Called to ask for a quote, never they never answered the phone. Attempted again 2 weeks later same result. your loss for my business. Went somewhere else and spent my $3,000.

Paid in advance for a level that was scheduled for 9am and is about a 1-2 hour job. Got a message after dropping my suburban off that it wouldn’t be done until at least 130 in the afternoon. Logistics need to be figured out with this place from my experience

Lift Kingz helped me customize a fat tire kit for my GSX-R. i couldnt find anyone else in the area that would touch the project. it came out so clean you wouldnt even known it wasnt from the factory. i braught them another project and they reference me to another shop more knowledgable on the topic instead of just taking any project for money.
