I called on a Friday Morning, and was connected to a pleasant and helpful person on the other end. I hate that I cant remember her name. I was told that someone will be out to the house around 4:00 the same day. Bjorn called NLT 1300, to say he was on the way. Bjorn not only has a cool name he was very professional. Bjorn gave a make sense, cost effective suggestion. We went with it. If you need your garage repaired or replaced. I suggest that you use the Garage Door Company of Texas. The people are pleasant, courties, and very helpful.

Was replacing my Genie motor and bought a Chamberlain from HD and they sent out Bjour and he was awesome, very respectful and came in a timely manner and finished up and cleaned up after himself, I would recommend this company out to anyone that is in need of garage door services!

Called for service and it was completed the same day. Ricky was friendly, efficient, and professional. When he was called to help in a more emergent situation, he kept us informed, and still completed the job within the originally promised time.

My torsion spring broke and they send out ricky who was very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this company.

Called them to replace what I thought was a bad opener and repairing it would have been more than replacing the one that wasnt working. They sent RJ out and he looked at it and found that the other company I had fix it before didnt adjust it correctly and the door (which was an 18 foot) needed an extra brace as it was flexing when opening so it would bind. RJ could have sold me a new opener but he adjusted the door and installed a brace and fixed the problem. When he left he told me if I had anymore problems just call. I have had good luck with them and will use them in future if I have any problems with my doors.
