I went in and found everything I needed. Very clean and stocked store. Prices are a little higher then other stores, but I can count on them to have what I need in stocked.

I moved to the area and this is convenient place to get my vitamins. They need to back off on the suggestive selling. After the first no, they offer at least 3 other items (even something cold to drink). I guess as a business they are doing their job, but as a consumer I know what I want. I dont mind the first offer but repeated offers can be bothersome. I still havent used the last item I was conned into buying.

I was greeted right when I walked in & then I was asked if I needed help to find anything. Very friendly & helpful staff. I was able to find exactly what I needed & I also paid a cheaper price than I noticed Amazon, & Walmart had the same item listed for. :) I purchased the Aztec Indian healing clay face mask & the (vitamin shoppe brand) organic raw apple cider vinegar to go with it.

Staff are always helpful and all the strange items I need are always found there only in killee.

I went in this store about a year ago and felt ashamed and degraded. I seen 4 employees all standing and talking. When i walked in all 4 of them looked at me and laughed because i was so overweight. I preceded to walk in the asked them a question about a product. They were knowledgeable and helpful but at the sametime i wasnt comfortable walking in there. I havent been there since and i live up the street from the place.

I love how knowledgeable the staff are as well as how down to earth, honest and friendly they are. They really seem to care about customers and their needs. I just wish I had more money to spend in there.

They will do their best to answer questions that you may have. Always enjoy chatting with the crew there

DO NOT EVER ORDER ONLINE! i ordered on october 30 . it s november the 4th at 9:40 pm. Tomorrow is the 5th. had i known it would take a week to get the product i would have ordered it on amazon with prime shipping. I assure you i will not be making this mistake again. I have had to buy pre-made protein drinks for the last three days. They are disgusting and expensive. I have never had an issue with yall taking so long to ship before. I cant even convince myself to go back into a vitamin shoppe store. guess ill be ordering from amazon or going back to GNC. I am so very disappointed..Shipping says itll be here the 10th. There is no logical reason it should take more than a week to get a protein drink to texas from there. I should have been told it would take more than 10 days to get here. That means still buying 7 more protein drinks to get me through until i get the product i ordered from you.Costing an addition 42 dollars. Never again. completely ridiculous. Ill be sharing this experience on facebook twitter and anywhere else i can.
