Doctors Longfield is a great doctor has been always quick to respond and very gentle. He has a great staff.

My son recently had his tonsils removed and to what was supposed to be a 20 to 30 minute procedure what a hour and ten minutes. My problem wasn’t the wait time it was the lack of communication for me and my warning/heads up of my sons condition prior to starting his surgery. However, my son is two so after his surgery his was required to stay the night, as we get to our room the nurses for the day look completely unaware and unprepared for my son to be there not really seeming like they knew what to do . As the day goes my son receives his last bit of Tylenol for pain at 9 and wasn’t scheduled to receive his next dose until 6 in the morning ! My son was in complete pain for hours the doctor didn’t answer his phone as he was called several times and my son cried himself to sleep several times that night ! When the doctor comes the next morning he is completely aware that he left my two year with no medicine for all those hours and really didn’t care. As we checked out at 815 his prescription was suppose to be sent to the pharmacy already however I got to the pharmacy and it was not ready yet until the very next day of being home and super cranky so I had to get a generic brand. Overall I have to rate this a ZERO STARS I do not recommend anyone to take their children there because this was my absolute worst experience as a parent not being able to console or make my son feel better !

From the time we scheduled our appointment to the time it was completed, the service we received was courteous and professional. We had a minimal wait time and saw an audiologist for testing followed by an appointment with one of the nurse practitioners. The audiologist was outstanding with my 3 year old and thoroughly explained what was happening every step of the testing process. The nurse practitioner further explained the results of the test and helped me feel confident in our next steps regarding my childs treatment. The office staff we encountered were equally pleasant and helpful during our visit. Would highly recommend this office to those seeking out audiology services.

I scheduled a follow up appointment for my 2 yr old son months in advance. I confirmed that he would be attending the appointment the day before. I showed up on time. When I checked in no one informed me that I would be sitting in the waiting area for nearly an hour because the audiologist was having a difficult time administering a hearing test for another patient. Now I have to take off of work, pick up my son from daycare and do this all over again a week later and just hope nothing happens like this again.They could have called and rescheduled before I got there. I could have save $75 dollars worth of leave. That wont mean anything to them but it meant something to me. A working class single mother.

Dr. Minor is better than great. He successfully removed a cancer on my ear. The prognosis was not great to start. I was referred to him by a dermatologist because it was so complicated. He did a great job. I am very happy. His staff were all very customer service friendly as well. I highly recommend him...

My visit here was very great. The doctor took the time to explain everything and was very informative about treatment plans and possible ways to deal with my issues. My time spent with the doctor did not feel rushed and I was able to ask any questions that I had. I had the shortest wait time possible I was back and talking with the doctor before I even completed all paperwork. You guys are doing a great job here. I highly recommend this office. My kids go here too.

Absolutely awesome doctor. My son had an appointment in a very quick amount of time. Then my son had to get a CT scan done of the sinuses on a different day, and after the appointment of the CT scan, the doctor saw my son immediately afterwards to give us the results. The doctor explained things in terms that we both could understand, spoke to my son who is a teenager and explained everything to him, and let him make his own decisions with my guidance. He made my son feel important, and part of the decisions. He has a great bedside manner, takes his time with the patients, and is professional at all times. I highly recommend this doctor.

Terrible place, lack of communication and staff attitude is very nasty..not a welcoming place at all.

Dr. Minor was such a relief to work with. He was patient with our child and she has some severe speech issues but he still engaged her while being very informative with us. She was very comfortable with him and he put her at ease immediately with how great he was with her. We knew he would suggest her tonsils needed to be removed but he walked us through the entire procedure and gave us a heads up on what she would be feeling after. We left with no questions.The only complaint we have about Dr. Minor really isnt his fault. We were contacted in mid July and the soonest appointment was in October. But once we were in his office we were seen almost immediately and he walked into the exam room within a couple minutes of us. His staff (Monique) called us the next day with the surgery date scheduled for 2 weeks away and followed up with us closer to the date. After the surgery, despite having another patient waiting for the same procedure he still came out to spend a few minutes with us and let us know how it all went. He made sure we had his cell phone number in case we had any questions and he encouraged us to use it.Our follow up was nearly a month to the date after and again we were in and out quickly and he was just as great with our daughter. I would recommend him.

Dr.Ann was extremely thorough. I went into the visit very resistant to the idea of getting hearing aids. I just wasnt ready, although in my heart I knew that I really needed them. After seeing the results of the testing and listening to very logical reasoning why waiting was a bad idea, I decided it was time to take the plunge. Thank you Dr.Ann for opening my eyes ane ears.

I had a sinus problem for 50 plus year and Doctor Longfield was the first one of many ENT to properly diagnose and then fix the problem. Im very pleased with the results.

I am a self paid, non-insured person. I have paid cash for most of my visits to the emergency room and so forth. I have had surgery by Dr. Longview and requested if the problem could not be fixed by simple surgery to remove the gland. It did not happen. Now I am facing an $882 bill for another CT scan and another $9000 for surgery that could have been prevented. Please, it is like a warranty on a Mercedes or a BMW. You pay for it, I expect it to be fixed. It has not been fixed.

Wellstone in general is a very friendly practice. Would choose Wellstone over many other offices in the area. They are compassionate and seem to try to help the patients. The ENT office is okay. The did offer me some resolution but not for my main concern. The Harker Heights office is right beside Seton and Sams Club is to the right of it. There is always parking. There are no eating facilities in the building but next door at Seton, one can get snacks from the machines or go to the cafeteria.

Dr Miner and staff were very professional and very knowledgeable. Great customer service, quick appointment time and great with kids! Thank you for such great service!

I went to American Hearing Center in Killeen which tried to immediately sell me hearing aids till I told them I a Vet then they told me I could get them for free as to dismiss my hearing issue.Not with the Wellstone ENT. From the minute I walked in it was very professional and still relaxing and calm. The Dr that did the hearing test explained all the tests being done and what to expect. They also had more in-depth tests than A.H.C. The Dr that went over the tests was very detailed oriented with the results and did NOT try to sell anything except a sincere care for the patient. Top Notch!Save your money and go to Wellstone!

Dr. Longfield was called in to see my mother on an emergent basis for a serious condition. He was very thorough and compassionate; he explained her condition in a way that we could understand and thanks to his care, she was able to stay in Harker Heights and receive her care close to home. He is truly exceptional.

Evidently he took on another doctors patients. So an urgent patient wont be seen and should just go elsewhere. Just as well, his office staff is totally incompetent. They wont even do their job of scheduling, he supposedly is the one whos needs to schedule the patients. Funny, I thought thats why he had office staff! If this is the initial interaction he wants patients to have, I could only imagine the overall patient quality isnt any better. Ill be informing my pediatrician never to refer anyone here until things change. If I could give 0 stars I would. P.s this is how an infant got treated! I guess losing their hearing isnt a big deal😡

Very professional but nice. Diagnosed the problem and presented a solution. Made sure I didnt have any other problems he could help me with. Checked ears nose and throat for potential problems. Very short waiting room time. A very good experience.

I’ve never in my life left any medical appointment in tears. I did today. After dealing with vertigo for 3 weeks, I was so excited to finally see an ENT. My symptoms have been strange and confusing and unbelievably frustrating and I just wanted some answers.Dr. Longfield seemed nice enough when we began the appointment and he did do a lot of little tests and seemed to be testing things out thoroughly, but he was a bit all over the place with explanations. After all the tests, he said he didn’t see any reactions with my eyes and then started on my options for an unrelated procedure for a different birth defect I have. I let him speak and figured it was worth considering, and then I went back to asking him questions about my vertigo, since he hadn’t noted what he thought the cause was or if it was getting better. He went on about how my body and brain were probably adjusting. That made sense, but then he went into an explanation about how other people’s brains recover with damage to another part of an ear. So I didn’t know if he meant my body was adjusting to a problem or that it was adjusting to the recovery of the problem. By that point he got REALLY annoyed with me, crossed his arms, and matter of factly smiled and said, “Sometimes we just don’t know.” Oddly, his explanation of why he didn’t know was good and helpful information, but by then he was just not ok. I asked him what I should to do help recovery and he just seemed more annoyed. Told me to stay active (which admittedly he’d said before) and not to fall. Then he handed me a piece of paper and said, “Ok, that’s it,” and left the room without saying goodbye. I didn’t even know if I was supposed to wait for someone or follow him out. His assistant looked very uncomfortable at the end and just stared down and walked out a few seconds after him. I later realized I’d been given a form to take up to the front so I went. The front desk told me he asked for an auditory test that has to do with the implant for the unrelated birth defect. In my appointment he said we could do a balance test, but I guess he didn’t ask for that on my checkout form.Also, the initial medical assistant that took my blood pressure and weight and height was super kind and comforting afterward when she found me still in the room dumbfounded and in tears. And Dr. Brown, the audiologist, was great and more thorough than I’ve experienced with any other audio test I’ve been given.Definitely the most uncomfortable and upsetting appointment I’ve had in my 36 years.

I would not recommend bringing children to this provider. McClanes Childrens Specialty Clinic ENT did a way better job and are way more efficient when getting audio testing and medical diagnosis done for children. What this ENT took almost a year to do for my child, McClanes Childrens Hospital did in 1 hour. I didnt like the staff at Wellstone. The woman who does audio testing has awful bedside manner. This clinic, based on our experience, will waste your time when it comes to getting your childs medical needs met. Im glad I left and went to MClanes Childrens hospital in Temple. They are worth the drive.

I went see my Audioligest to have my hearing aids checked. She found something stuck deep in my ear. She tried to get it out but failed. She suggested I go to a minor emergency center which I did.At the minor emergency center they poked,prodded and dug around in my ear with much pain to me. After several attempts they also gave up and told me I would have to go to an emergency room. I left and thought why not try a ENT Doctor. I went on line and found this Doctor Minor. l called and was able to get in in just a few hours. Dr Minor and his staff were very helpful and professional. The Doctor looked in my ear and saw what was there and in less than one minute he had the foreign object, which turned out to be a dome from my hearing aids. There was no pain and no problem.I would recommend Dr. Minor to anyone who needs an ENT Doctor.

The staff was all very nice and knowledgeable. The only issue I ran into was that no one could seem to tell me the cost of the procedure I was wanting done and their office would contact me in about a week with the cost.

Dr. Minor is an awesome doctor. He operated on my septum and, though the surgery was very painful, the end result allowed me to breathe easier and live without the constant pain and chronic infections I had.
