This place is great! The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. The free use of a moving van is essential for anyone looking to make large items to/from their unit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been with Amys Attic since 2010, Ive had to change locks several times due to losing my keys. The staff is always accommodating, they are very personable, they make each person that walks in the office feel like they are the most important person while they are being served. The company has been through a few internal changes and other than the name business as usual.

Called about renting a unit for storage and within minutes Jennifer had me in a unit! The biggest factor that led to going with Amy’s Attic was the free use of their moving truck!!! How wonderful not to have that added expense!!!

Fantastic facility! Wide boulevard, with many many doors for the climate control units, ensuring that you wont have to walk very far to get to your unit. The units are clean, and well-built. The manager was wonderful and very helpful Im getting me what I needed. There wasnt any attempts to upsell, or push unnecessary services. The included insurance was a very nice bonus.

Great experience with the team at Amys Attic in Harker Heights, Texas. I have used their units 3 times over the last 3 years. Good prices of the units, both climate controlled and non-climate controlled. Lots of entry and exit gates that can be accessed 24/7 which made getting large trucks in and out very easy. Amys Attic hosted several yard sales for the tenants, which really made facility feel more like a community. Automatic payment accounts made paying the bills easy and worry free. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Everything is explained upfront and no sketchy requests for my social security number like at one of the other facilities I checked out in Harker Heights and no free locks or discounts given for good reviews like at that other place either. I felt compelled to write a review because this place is remarkable. After seeing the other storage facilities from here to Killeen, Im super impressed at how clean and organized this place is. No wonder they tend to have waitlists, this place cant be beat. I felt very good about leaving my household goods here from the minute I was able to tour the facility. Its worth every penny

I had to leave a lot of personal belongings at Amys Attic in Harker Heights while moving to a new house. They had very reasonable pricing and everything was stored very securely for several months with no problem. I had easy access to go retrieve stuff from the storage unit whenever I needed. They gave me 24 hour access through a secure gate. I definitely recommend Amys Attic if you have any type of storage needs.

This place is amazing, the customer service is above and beyond. Its super clean and I always feel safe when I am there no matter what time I go. We had a difficult move and found it hard to find a storage place with everything we wanted. I am so glad I visited the other places before I made my decision. I have used Uhaul and other storage facilities in the past, but I have had my best experience with Amys Attic. I like the 24hr access to my belongings and I love the fact that the storages have alarms on them. I think the climate control storage is the best idea ever invented and Im glad that Amys Attic offers inside and outside storage options to meet your needs. The facility is spotless and Chandra and her team are very professional. The location is great and the area is very safe.
