Got the pancit with pork and Adobo it was delicious one of the best filipino dishes I have had since getting out of the Corps. Friendly staff. Dinning area is small. 11/10 recommend

Visited this place and it was nice and simple, they were helpful and the food we ordered was very tasty!

Its one of the smaller oriental markets Ive been in very clean and the staff was very very pleasant.Monday through Friday they do a lunch that is very well received by the community and well worth the money try it you wont be disappointed

Open early for asian breakfast but must order by calling ahead first. Lunch have more varieties food to choose. Free coffee. Cozy place.

Family presented market-place fresh prepared daily meals. Also a small market ( dry and refrigerated) full of nutritious Asian goodies.

The best Filipino food in the Rio Grande Valley!!!

We are lucky to have this little Philippine store in Harlingen. There is always a nice selection of quick, delicious meals. The usual pansit and lumpia (spring rolls) are available, but try the tilapia in coconut milk or the fried bananas when it is available. Newcomers to Philippine cooking might be put off by the skin and fat in the pork, but the friendly owners will gladly give you leaner pieces. There is also small grocery store with a growing variety of Philippine snacks and drinks and even some fresh vegetables. Pacific Island is definitely worth a try if you find yourself in Harlingen or are on your way to SPI.

Very affordable. Yummy foods to pick from including a selections of groceries they have in stock.If you love Filipino food this is the place for you especially being here in the Valley. You are usually stuck with Mexican food well here is something that is different and tasty.I wish they would deliver though that would be helpful. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is only because there days that they do not have hot food available which is kind of annoying but knowing that it is a family runned kitchen.. what can you do but wait another day. :)

Smells very weird. No one helped us nor was anyone friendly or polite.

Ive never eaten here, only shopped. They have a decent selection of interesting goodies at a reasonable price. I recently got this stuff thats like Pandan Extract. It was only a buck fifty and has been adding a loving arithmetic nutty sweetness to all my confections! If youre looking to find something interesting and new to add to your cooking than this might just be the right place for you.

The owners were so nice and friendly! I was so excited to find a filippino restaurant/ store near me while visiting Brownsville. The food was so good I ate there two days in a row! The adobo (chicken/ pork), pancit and lumpia was on point and so was the fried banana. Im definitely hoping to grab another plate before I leave. Very authentic and the portions are good. Try it!

Tried to buy ube ice cream. First time was $5.99 by the male owner. Second time $12.99, the lady tried to add it on thinking I wouldnt notice with my other groceries. Thanks for swindling youre own people.Seriously, who pays $13 for Mongolia ice cream.Careful when you buy.Everything else so far is fairly priced.You have good food, good Pancit and lumpia.

Great Filipino food, and also shelf items for your Asian island culinary adventures! Thai, Filipino, and some Malaysian related products can be found here. If you are looking for a lot of Japanese or Chinese items you may not find them, although they have sesame oil and Pocky, they dont have Shang Xiang cooking wine. So plan accordingly. They have some frozen fish also, along with shu-mai and Bao! Its worth the trip to just discover something on your own.

After brownsville closed down its filipino restaurant im so glad and happy to have found this one. The food is amazing. Flavorful and juicy. Highly recommend the chicken adobo and beefsteak. After that shop around for snacks. I will never hesitate to travel here for the food!
