I know NOTHING about make up and usually are intimidated just walking into this store lol This lady was super nice though. Great customer service. She asked what I was looking for and gave me a little make up demo/ makeover. She not only did the demo but she taught me how to apply this certain makeup and gave some beauty tricks. Only Sephora with all the Fenty products in stock! (:

Has good makeup AND skin care products. Personally they can be pricey, but the quality is usually good.

I Love shopping at JC Penney, I find everything I needed.

Misty is such an awesome employee. She is the only one who is willing to help me out, and doesnt make me feel annoying. I wont shop unless she is there. Other associates look so upset when I ask a question, and will give little to no insight. Thats very annoying considering that I visit the store at least 2 times a months and make a purchase every time.

Great prices and outstanding quality.

Had a fairly limited selection for the size of the store. I also stood in line for over 15 minutes as a customer had a dispute with the check out girl. I would not have rated so low if it were not for the fact a second worker decided to hold a very long conversation with her friend. To the point that i had not know she was a worker until she suddenly went behind the counter.

Need to put larger sign use main entrance, its by salon entranc Im handicap had to walk to 2 different doors before finding main entrance, so I just left
