Great staff but they take a really long time when you take in your boats/atvs/side by sides for repairs

Bought a small outboard engine there. They had what I wanted in stock. Paid full retail price, no chance for any discount. Then it took a full three hours for them to do the papers and put the motor into service. The salesperson inferred this was quick. No, I have bought a new car in a fraction of this time. There is a cafe in the store. I told the salesperson we would wait there. He said, I dont recommend eating anything there. Ok, he would know.

I bought my boat from this Tracker Marine Center almost 2 years ago. I had it in for service today, and have to say that the crew there in Service and Parts are first class! Smallest boat Ive owned, but the best service experience. Kudos!

BADASS PLACE..

Too expensive. The stuff on the clearance racks looks like it was marked up so the sale price is the normal selling price. Great atmosphere though.

We wanted to discuss a Pontoon purchase but no sales person came to talk to us for over 45 minutes,we walked through the store and returned again and the sales person still ignored us.

Had problem with motor which was in warranty but Harlingen bass pro refused to repair it. I’ll buy at RonHoover next time!!!
