Store is nearly empty and the employees there were all talking to each other instead of walking the floor and offering to help. I mean the store is big so I had to come from where I was to ask something.

Found a couple of name brand sneakers for my granddaughter for $60. Awesome!!

Friendly service, narrowed options, not sure if store is closing down but a lot less shoes. Other than that great place to get basics at, at a reasonable price.

Plenty of options but hard to find anything good between size 9-10 mens. Unless your looking for dressy shoes then your options are unlimited.

They really do have amazing deals here, I have found converse here for under 10 dollars. The reason I am leaving a lower rating is the customer service. The people at check out are usually okay, I understand that it is stressful dealing with people, as I have worked retail myself. The problem is while I am browsing, I am usually followed. Not by just one employee but sometimes 2 or 3. It is annoying and demeaning. I have colored hair, tattoos and piercings, I understand why they may assume by my looks that I am stealing, but that isnt the case. They have earpieces to communicate with each other so you would think one would let the other know that they are following me around so the other doesnt. Unfortunately that isnt the case in this store. There are often other people in the store, so why pick on just me? They dont even ask if I need assistance, they just come by and pretend to fix some shoes near me, come by and do it again, or I have had one employee staring at me at the front of the aisle. I usually almost always leave purchasing something so it is irritating to feel like I am doing something wrong, when I am not.

Im not sure why they pay 5 employees to be on the clock this Sunday, because they were too busy talking with each other to even say hello. I was there for the 1st time and was walking around trying to see how the store was laid out so I could find my size. I walked past 2 guys that worked there twice, not a peep from either one of them.Their conversation must have been really important so I didnt bother asking for assistance. I just left and went across the street to Ross and found a better deal anyway.

The price for 2 pairs is the price for 1 pair in the mall.

Love the Harlingen store and we picked up some real bargains on Keds and Clarks. Friendly store associates.

Was there close to closing time on Saturday 7/22/17. I have worked retail before so i understand your employees wanted to go home after a long day. However I found their manner of kicking us out of the store to be very rude. Employees constantly watching us while I was trying to fit shoes on my kids, telling us five more minutes, three more minutes etc. The cashier was in such a rush she didnt take the time to properly look up my rewards memebership since for some reason it wasnt located using my phone #. I love the bogo deal so I go there for all our shoe needs but this really upsets me.
