I can’t imagine anyone not liking this place. All the employees are knowledgeable and take time to listen to the customer.There is a reason this place has been around so long. They know how to design an audio system for your vehicle.

Took our Chrysler Crossfire in for a radio install and the team did a complete hack job on our car. With broken panels, missing screws and screws driver marks, it will be hard to find and replace since those parts are not made anymore.Along with that, the power wires were crossed from constant and memory, completely draining and ruining our battery life - which also had to be replaced.. The car had to be jump started just to drive off their lot.We will definitely never recommend them for any type of service they may be offering.. and advise anyone to find another place or do it yourself.Photos uploaded for your reference..

I have an older car that need a radio badly...I had gone to a place on 77 south commerce. And without even step in to the car to find out the issue they threw out a very high price. I was like, what the heck! Nope. Moving on. I remember seeing D-tronic so I pulled in. Joe was at the desk. I told him I needed an radio installation. He was curious what was going on and asked to see my car. He found out the problem of the loss wires to the antenna and installed my radio. For under the price of the competition. Please if you have a radio issue go to D-tronic...they know what they are doing...they are friendly...they care about your issues and will figure out what you need for you vehicle.

I got everything I need there and more the staff are people friendly and they keep their promises.

I show up the day before for window tinting and the associate reviews my options but is unable to service as a result of 2 vehicles that did not get service the day prior and advises me to come in the next day early and that they open at 9:00am and they perform by first come first, I was the second in line. then they tell me that they cannot service me till around 1:00PM, no problem I stated Ill come back at 1:00PM and hes says I have to leave my vehicle or wait, give me an appointment cause I was the second one in this morning. This company is not CUSTOMER CENTRIC and has lost my confidence, imagine if I came in even morning and they tell me the same thing. They could just call me at when Im next and tell me that they are ready for me......

Went for estimate on viper alarm.David’s product knowledge was great, which I expected. I did my researching prior about the product and he was familiar with everything I mentioned. A little pricey but at least you should be able to bring back vehicle if there are any problems/malfunctioning with alarm system. Limited lifetime warranty, not sure what this does or doesn’t entail. But I will ask if I go back.

The manager there is completely unprofessional. He wasnt trying to help us with our problem at all. He just kept trying to throw a generic solution that we had said wasnt applicable to our situation. Horrible I do not recommend.

Just had the 3M Crystalline installed on all my glass and what a difference! Pricey but great product and warranty (you get what you pay for). The staff at Dtronics is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, so I would do business with them again. Highly recommended!

Awesome place. Been getting my car audio needs from these guys for over a decade at least. My first car got its first audio system from D-Tronics and just about all the rides I’ve owned have gotten worked on by them. Andrés is a master at what he does!! Most recently had four shallow mount 10” JL subs installed in a custom box for my 2013 Tundra crewcab. After that they did some front door 6.5” speakers and lastly an Alpine Halo. Needless to say sounds f’n amazing!!! Can’t thank them enough!!!

The tint looks fine but they made my car a disaster/ they left product (whatever they use for sticking the tint to the inside of the car) all over the inside of my car . You would think someone that is in the business of applying tint to cars would have a way of putting a towel or something temporary to stop the car from getting running stains all over the inside of the car. Ill try and add pics if I have some but it was a few months ago.

I had my car windows tinted in 2011. The film started to get blurry so I had my tint replaced. It was covered by the warranty and was done in a timely manner. The staff was polite.

Supposed to be the best place to get tint done in the valley. First time going wasnt so bad but the job was poorly done and lots of bubbles formed under the tint. Had to take my car back, thankfully they hold on to their 100% satisfaction and warranty, though it was still time consuming for me.

David gives the BEST costumer service! Not to mention how an amazing job they do to satisfy theyre valued customers.

OK, so maybe 5 stars may be a bit premature, because nobody is perfect, but Im very impressed. For the price of high fidelity audio, I have never seen a better value.Im from South Florida, and grew up on JL Audio. To me, DB, which is D-Tronics main product, is amazing. Almost a carbon copy of JL, but much more affordable. Im sold on this product.

Way over priced and super slow. I waited all day for an alarm install and didnt get my vehicle till after the shop was closed. Ridiculous to have wait 8 hours And no one even offer me a drink or snack Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had windows tinted on my car for $275 on March 23, 2018. Job was excellent and car looks great. Only bad thing was they didnt call me when the car was finished like they said they would.

The manager is a complete moron I tried telling him I didnt sign the contract later it turned out I was right they can they commit fraud by signing a contract for me 1 month later the service is horrible. The staff that work in the front are complete Liars. They dont know what they are talking about when it comes to car audio that is why 90% of their customers come back to fix the stuff they damage. Beto on the other hand is a good guy but he doesnt work everyday.
