Not good. Tried porting phone over to boost, unfortunately I ran card thru and was told it went thru but didnt let gentleman finish receipt process. After speaking with his supervisor he asked to run card again. Didnt want that done because another company asked same thing and charged my account twice and took almost a month to refund $$$. Unfortunately had to cancel transaction but phone # was already ported and lost the phone # but no product or new phone service. Was then notified porting couldnt be stopped. Sad situation because the gentleman who helped me was very good with his approach and very helpful with all of my questions and unable to get the sale!!
