I went to have my sunglasses tightened upon entering all the employees were extremely welcoming. It only took a few minutes for the manager to fix my sunglasses. They fit perfect she also cleaned my lenses and placed them back in the case. Excellent customer service. I would recommend to family and friends for future optical services. Great experience !

Pleasant visit with extremely polite and welcoming staff! Arrived to have the arm of my glasses I purchased elsewhere fixed as it was holding on with a broken screw. Without hesitation they were able to help in a prompt manner and I was on my way with no time! As I waited I was able to peek at their inventory and noticed some beautiful lens for options in the future! They are also diligent in the cleanliness of their environment.

I urgently needed new glasses after I broke my last pair so I readily went to this location. I was met with the most professional and welcoming experience I had in quite some time. Ariana assisted me with absolutely everything. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care with my selection of frames, my add ons, whether or not my insurance could cover my choices, everything! She is the epitome of what I would call the perfect LensCrafters employee! She definitely deserves all the recognition and more!

Friendly service. Katherine was extremely helpful and patient with me. She was able to look up my account and find my old prescription in the computer. She worked with me to make sure I got the best deal. This is the only store I buy my glasses.

Lenscrafters have excellent customer service and the staff is really friendly. I bought some Oakley glasses with their thinnest lens (high prescription) for $600 dollars with insurance. The first time I got the glasses one lens was defective with what looked like internal scratches in the lens when they were making it. I returned them and they gladly said they would replace the lens. The second time I got the glasses, there was a scratch on the frame that looked like the frame was broken and they tried fixing the frame. I have never had this problem before, and I would expect a new frame considering I am paying $600 dollars. I will gladly remove this review once the glasses are to high standards, for the staff have great customer service.
