Needed a replacement part for one of our tubs. Joanne assisted me. She was kind, patient and extremely thorough. She went well beyond what was required. She kept me updated and most importantly kept her word, how refreshing. This experience could have easily been made difficult, instead it was an absolute pleasure and Im grateful!
