They did such an awesome job on my lab coat! I am very proud of my logo as I am a business owner, and they nailed it! Ill be using them in the future for sure.

I have been doing business with Stitch Gallery for over 20 years and I have never had a single problem with their work. They are the best, but the best is not cheap and the best takes time. If you want mediocre and cheap you should visit a different embroidery shop.

I was told my t-shirts would be finished in two weeks. After two weeks have gone by I call to see why I haven't received my email art work proof they haven't even started on my order. They send the email proof. It was wrong... terribly wrong. I turned in two sketches of exactly what I wanted the design to be and they obviously sent me someone else's design with my wording in it. I emailed them back stating that was not the design i asked for nor was it the correct style of lettering nor was it centered. I received an email back several hours later telling me they wanted to show me the "other options available"I already turned in TWO SKETCHES of exactly what i wanted. Finally the proof was corrected but I have no idea when my shirts will be ready... oh did I mention they charged my credit card for the full amount the day I ordered them? I give them credit for fixing the design but save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
