Robert and Sharon were super to help with the sale start to finish. Gave lots of information needed for the care of the cart and battery. Delivery was quick and Jessie explained all about the cart. Was very happy for the whole experience and would recommend H & H highly.

Total rip-off & SO disappointed!! After talking to Robert we felt good about them coming to pick up our golf cart & let us know the cost of repairs. He also told us at the time diagnostic testing could not be done until new batteries were installed so additional charges could happen. It did take us a little over 2 week to get back with him but felt comfortable because he told us we could leave the cart there NO PROBLEM while we decided to either repair or sale the cart. When we told him we were coming to pick up the cart his personality changed and became very upset. He charged us for the pickup fee (fine) but also $89.00 for diagnostic testing which wasnt done. We dont want to hurt his business but being honest isnt part of this place! Its taken me months to write this review because Ive never written a bad review before.

First of all, the 2 reviews posted state they were posted 3 years ago, hardly seem relevant today. Second, I purchased a used golf cart for my kids to ride around in, and for someone who does not play golf, or know anything about golf carts, they were very helpful and attentive to my every need. The owners let me drive several carts and proceeded to teach me how to take care the cart I purchased. This is the only place to purchase a cart and/or outdoor equipment in Harlingen. Maybe if everyone would remember to treat others the way you want to be treated as the Golden Rule, we would all be happy.

Needed something obscure. They probably made no money, but solved my problem immediately. Great people.

Took my Kawasaki Engine to H and H based on the manufacturer telling me I needed it to go to a Kawasaki certified dealer. The mechanic gave a faulty diagnosis while the mower was still in the back of my truck!! H and H tore the engine down and still ended up with the wrong cause of the problem. Their diagnosis was that the mower was used in dusty conditions (keep in mind its a mower), I provided maintenance receipts showing that all filters and oil were changed in accordance to Kawasakis guidance. I ended up taking the engine to another mechanic who found the issues should have been covered by warranty. H and H was put in a bad position by Kawasaki however the owner made it clear to me since I had not purchased the mower from them they were under no obligation to do anything more and denied repairing the mower that Kawasaki ultimately covered when a quality mechanic found the actual cause. H and H was paid to look into the issue that I should have ultimately reimbursed for due to it being a manufacturer covered problem. H and H denied the additional work and also denied reimbursing me the money they charged to look into the problem. I will never buy another Kawasaki or allow H and H to work on my bicycle. Kawasaki told me buyer beware, I would say the same for H and H. Enjoy my $69 bucks. Buyer be ware. Find another dealer to diagnose your issues that you can trust. This company is in the business of selling golf carts.

I took my chainsaw in for two little hoses to be replaced and a fuel filter. They added on service job on it for 69.00 so it totaled out to be $107 what a rip off. And then when they brought the chainsaw out the pull start didnt work. So I have to go back tomorrow. What a joke. Ill never go there again.
