Started going to the HEB near me. Like stopping by and picking a rotisserie chicken ones in a while. Also like go to the deli department to go pick up some mesquite smoked turkey breast. Will definitely keep going back for my groceries.

Large store with a wide variety of goods. Nice staff. However, I got some sushi there and got an upset stomach. Maybe everything wasnt as fresh as they claim to be.

Excellent wasnt packed and was able to find everything on my list and more love my Heb

HEB never fails in quality and fair price. This HEB is biggest and busiest in Harlingen right off expressway. You have convenience of gas pumps at low prices but limited pumps. Alot if traffic due to tourists in way to and from South Padre Island. Traffic flow is very difficult during peak hours morning, lunchtime and 5 oclock rush hour. Security is excellent and have greater selection than all other HEBs in Harlingen.

Customer service was not friendly. Maybe an off day hopefully. Also they do not communicate with you on your prescriptions. Could do a lot better with communication.

I had so many questions about items in their Healthy Living Dept. and Jacque was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, she was showed patience and and knowledge when she explained everything. Shes awesome! Love my HEB!

Amazing HEB! My family and I been coming here for years. Bathrooms are always clean even in the late hours or busiest times. The employees are always nice. Theyve got great selections of ready to eat meals! Fresh bread on the daily. Costumer service is very good so far not one bad experience yet haha.One thing that really makes me not give this a full 5 star is the lack of reinforcement towards social distancing and wearing masks properly. My mother and I have compromised immune systems. We dont have the luxury of delivery or curbside pickup. So we come here often and Id wish they would enforce it for not only our safety but for others who are also vulnerable that have no other way other than to go themselves.

HEB especially the one just off the freeway in Harlingen is my favorite place for great check cken, Angus beef, seafood, flowers esp dark red gladiolas and Price pimiento spread. HEB also has the best deli and vegetables of any store around. It is evident HEB cares about its customers. It is managed professionally. Look no further and thank divine Providence we live in Texas and have HEB.

Before I go to Walmart, I prefer to buy my Vegetables and Meat items, well I do all my Groceries Shopping at H.E.B.

Staff is always great. now its 9:20pm there is 20 lanes in this store. 6 self check up. and 4 for more than 15 items. each pane has more than 4 people waiting. so management can open more lanes and stop trying saving a buck on payroll. more self lanes than actually employees working.its a shame.

Competitive prices with Walmart. HEB store brands are cheaper which helps to save money and are just as good as the name brands like Del Monte tomatoes sauce, Campbells soups, Philadelphia cream cheese, Bayer aspirin.

Wow I drive 40 miles round trip to HEB to buy the flaming chicken for family night 3 @ 6.99 each that’s my closest HEB that makes the flaming chicken .. and it is so dry it’s practically jerky ! What a disappointment! Please Have a supervisor go and check that before somebody else waste their money.

Great location in Harlingen, although its at a very busy intersection! Store was clean and well maintained, even though it has been here a while. Love HEB for their good quality veggies and meats and this store was no exception!

Very spacious and clean environment. Enough sanitation stations and plenty of cleaning/ disinfecting supplies. Great selection of meat at the meat dept and staff is very attentive

Employees are rude as can be. Customers are vicious and disrespectful.

This HEB is probably the best in South Texas, now I have visited most and can honestly say the workers here go above and beyond to help their customers. It reminds me of the Walmart employees who drop what theyre doing to walk you or direct you to a product. They are very professional. The lines are long most of the time, depends on the day and time but the workers are always there to guide you to the available checkout lanes.

This store is always extremely busy. The parking is terrible. People will run you over in the parking lot. I would recommend going in the early morning.

Love this HEB it us well laid out and has those hard to find items. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they never have enough checkers open for people buying over 15 items. Those of us that dont shop everyday have to wait too long in line even at non peak time.

HEB has most the items you want. Their deli lacks authenticity and serves a bland experienceThat’s not the employees fault. They are directed to follow a recipeBut no one higher upEver tried to improve on the recipe.

Out of alot of things....gluten-free fresh bread, tapioca, deli beans with beef, ....etc.

HEB is always better choice...harlingen needs an HEB plus

Always clean here. Shelves are always stocked and HEB always has the best prices. Their produce is extremely fresh, this is my go to store for fresh greens and fruit. I purchased a Wagyu brisket from here. It was reasonably priced! :)

More of the HEBs need to have the selection of this one.

Like always items are not moved forward so i have to wait for someone to come and help me or put a 40 pound bag of dog food in cart. Then the cashier after done says thank you have a nice day..hello i need help!.

Heb on expressway has more items than the other hebs. Their great n courteous.They have seasoned wings you can buy individuals. Loved it!

This isnt even my neighborhood HEB, but I go to it all the time because its my favorite. They have a good variety of things from food to household items. Their Curbside is also really good, I use it all the time.

You cant go wrong with HEB. The best grocery store in Texas. They have great products and services. Great produce section. The bakery has lots of different yummy desserts. Cakes, cupcakes, pies. This one has great grilled chicken for lunch too! Love my HEB.

Purchased a chicken salad for my wife for supper. As she was eating she got a mouthful of mud. Searching the salad we found more clumps of mud the size of your thumb. I dont know who makes them but surely they werent washed.

Usually I walk in and purchase my groceries. Today I did curbside pickup though it was quick fast and easy. Try it youll and your feet will thank you later.

HEB usually has the best prices which is why I shop there. However, curbside is the worst! They’re always over charging me or forgetting items which in turn makes me have to go back and go to customer service. The whole point of me doing curbside is to evade having to get off. They really need to get their curbside service up to par!! Until then I will keep shopping at Walmart curbside, never had any problems there!!

Very crowded at peak times. This is a popular store and a lot of items run out often. They will discontinue some items with no apology to the consumer. They no longer sell Skillet Mix (ground beef hearts). With so many varieties of Folgers coffee they never stock anything stronger than medium strength. I have never seen All Free and Clear Detergent at this location. Suggestions go to a deaf ear as they dont seem to care what people want. I have to go to other stores to complete my shopping. I was going to give just 3 stars, but today I was told I could go through the express line. It was open and I had a full cart of groceries. Although it is a big store the employees are nicer here than at the Morgan HEB.

HEB is the go to place for groceries here in the valley. Has a huge variety of items. Fresh fruits, bakery, sushi, and grilled chicken. Excellent prices.

What is the point of posting signs of protecting the customer when you are still allowing people go into the store without a mask? These same people you let in are walking around putting everyone at risk, including your employees. It should not matter what the governor says. Take a stand and enforce your own store rule.

Ok place for the area it’s in. But I find smaller towns have better service. This store is so busy is hard to find help when you need it.

GOOD, sometimes its way too crowded.

Sushi to go, always a good buy when in a hurry for dinner. Oh and had a Key lime pie for dessert. Which was great shared it with a co-worker almost regretted giving half the pie away.
