Worked here for about 10 months and honestly couldve been a way much better job. employees are all awesome and such very hard workers but upper management never appreciates it. pay should be way higher for the demand and labor. thats why they lose employees and they could easily bring in more workers if they raise the pay. good place to work if you wanna lose weight because the heat and labor. but management sucks.

Lotus Cafe at Boca Chica has been in business with Unifirst for several years, but our driver/salesman from the last three years, Kevin Reyes, has been exceptional. Always punctual, professional and pleasant. He’s great at meeting our needs and even providing his own insight.

We have been working with Unifirst for some time now, and Toni V. has always been and excellent service provider.He arrives early in the morning and makes sure our dispensers are filled, our mats are changed and provides us with everything we need for the week. When ever we need anything extra during the week we call him and he delivers ASAP. We are extremely pleased with Tony and Unifirsts great service.

What a joke of a company! No one can answer any questions about your account except a driver or a manager and conviniently for them they only have personal phones which they cant give out. What kind of company cant provide phone numbers or extentions to reach a manager? Do not get a contract with them. Even though ours ended they keep giving us the runaround in order to cancel. (all while still charging us weekly) They will make false promises in order to keep you on. They will waive fees in order for you to not cancel, but when you receive the invoices said fees are still on there and they play dumb saying they never said that. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY AND GET EVERTHING IN WRITING. BETTER YET DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

We have mentioned to them multiple times that the floor mats are unsafe, and multiple people have tripped over them. All they do is complain and remind us that we are stuck in a contract.
