They were very helpful and friendly, and pressured just the right amount because its their job but werent pushy. Which is good because I dont like that. The guy was patient while I was trying to make my decision for 45 minutes. He even told jokes, and was just very personable. Needed mattress for our 5th wheel. The folks here were helpful and price was below comparable stores. They charged $25 for delivery and removal of old mattress. After paying delivery and for mattress it was still about $100 less than others. Delivery was drama free.

Went in on the fourth of July because we were in desperate need for a new mattress - our old one was creating back problems. The service was excellent in that we were encouraged to take our time, allowed to test out the mattresses for as long as we wanted, and informed about inner designs and how to prolong the quality of a mattress. We left the same day with a satisfying purchase that, two weeks later, has made all back pain disappear. This place knows their stuff, has great prices and awesome service. Seriously check them out.

If you need to replace the mattress in you RV, and dont want it to come in a box, this is the place to go. We needed a 72x80 King mattress for our motor home. It couldnt be longer than 80 inches because of the slide. Richard did a great job of explaining the differences in the mattresses that he had available and sold us the one that would benefit us the most as full time RVers. Frank delivered the mattress in a timely manner and hauled our old one away. Getting a king mattress through the door of a motor home is not an easy task but Frank and his helper accomplished it in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Mattress World in Harlingen Tx. Oh and we have slept great the first two nights.
