Reserved a trailer 2 weeks in advance. Never received any notification that a trailer wasn’t ready until the day I needed the trailer, in the form of an email, telling me that the trailer I required was located in Edinburg. Called the location, no apologies whatsoever. Went to go pick up a smaller trailer, again, no apologies or attempts to improve situation . First and last time I will seek services from uhaul at any location.

For being such a large and new store in Harlingen thats equipped with indoor storage units, trucks, trailers and packing materials....HOW DO THEY ONLY HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING AT A TIME!!! I literally was waiting about 35 minutes to purchase a $2.36 tie down rope, while the ONE gentleman which was very polite and doing his best to be accommodating had to run out to get a truck for one customer, give him instructions, then take a dolly to another customer, then carry boxes to a car for another, then assist a man with a trailer hitch before it was my turn to finally purchase my small roll of rope.

We arrived to pick up our truck at the location and no one was there. We went to another location and they did everything they could to make sure we got what we needed.

The salesmen were very friendly.helping us get a good deal.recommend to other people.

The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable, he showed me the different options and went over everything very clearly. I never felt lost, he made things simple and easy to getting what I needed. From size to price. I dont remeber his name but he was amazing. Dropped off the truck and the other employee was kind and understanding. Want a place that gives you options you can understand and afford? Definitely recommend fome here!
