They are very rude! They call on Sundays at 830 in the morning for their payment when they are not even open. Even go and pay them and they are rude to you. I dont see how the school district gets involved with them. They just take advantage of people!!!!!

The owner John is so rude I rented a saxophone and paid a couple of months in advance from the beginning the first instrument we got didn’t work then we take it back the second day they give us another loaner and it also didn’t work so then I get a call that The Instrument was ready we go and they stated it was no where to be found and didn’t now who called when I had a voicemail saved that they called so then they decided to give us another loaner was using that one for a month before mine was replaced then I go and the the owner if he can give us a credit for the 2 weeks my son didn’t have a working saxophone he got rude and saying give me my instrument back and here u go only $40 back instead of fixing the problem oh well his loss then he also stated don’t go to no other Mr. Music to rent or buy oh well there’s other Music business we better customer service and better instruments brands his loss no respect for customers at all I don’t recommend this place

I recommend melhart in McAllen for everyone interested in an interment better quality and cheaper and u get much more items added to u product they throw in a lot of stuff even the music book and they have awesome customer service all the staff is awesome they’re the owner of Mr. Music John did us a favor with his rudeness he’s loss everyone go to Melhart highly recommend them you won’t regret it

Very rude refused renting to me again because I paid late a couple of time, yes my fault but all my dues were paid and I even paid it off early. I would not recommend this place to rent over priced anyway . They dont appreciate your business here
