If I could rate this zero stars I would. I called everyday for a month trying to get someone from their company to pick up the oxygen tank we rented for a month. They told us that they would call us back and never did. We had to drive 30 minutes from home to turn it in after calling everyday and waiting to hear back from them after. We pointed out that it was almost two months with the oxygen tank but only because they would not provide their services promised to pick up what we rented for only one month. They told us we were not going to be charged and handed us a paper with the date we turned the tank in. We had a hard time with this company. They are money hungry. They DO NOT care about their customers nor do they provide good customer service. This is my first time ever taking the time to address a situation like this.
Returned equipment a year ago, still getting payment drafted of my acount, they dont answer the phone, or return message to call back, their customer service is really bad.
They dont know how to turn their phones on 830 am people are in office but when you call its says their closed call during office hours 8amthey open.Recieved my supplies no frame mine broke when I rolled my car get a new office manager you would most like make a better profit chris ritenour

You have to wait for a long time listening to the worst elevator music ever, then you may eventually get to talk to someone to help you. Talk about bad service, this is it!
Horrible. No return phone calls. Will bill you at a higher rate than what your Explanation of Benefits actually states. Wait for your EOBs before paying. Sometimes I got the wrong supplies. Not customer friendly.
