I hit a deer and decided to use Hoffman collision center for the repairs recommended by my insurance. What a horrible mistake I made. They returned my car with parts not even attached to the vehicle. The hood wasnt even centered on the car. The radiator wasn’t even screwed into the vehicle. The paint on the front bumper was chipped on the edge of a brand new bumper. The overspray on my vehicle was horrible. I returned my vehicle to have everything fixed. Once again the car was given back to me with paint overspray, the bumper was “fixed” by someone blobbing paint over the chipped area, parts still not attached to the vehicle. Not to mention this was a safety issue as my car was shaking from parts not being attached correctly! I spoke to the manager who said it would be fixed but he didn’t live up to his word. I took my vehicle to a different collision center to have to fixed the correct way! I would never recommend Hoffman Ford collision center to anyone!

These guys are great they get to your car when they say theyre going to and they get it back to you when they say theyre going to and the workmanship is great.

Everyone I dealt with on my explorer hood was GREAT. The Rapid estimate, attentive response and schedule from office clerk made the event go smoothly. From the initial estimate, to communicating with the insurance company and arranging a rental car, Jared was professional, easy to work with, and readily available to ensure minimal interruptions with my daily routine. Upon completion of my repairs, the bumper is in pristine condition. And they even washed and vacuumed my car- always going the extra mile! When in doubt, choose Hoffman Ford.

The Collision Center is top notch. Had a $7k wreck and they fixed it like you couldn’t even tell. The truck looks brand new. Very friendly and they kept me updated with text messages throughout the repair. Highly recommended!
