Got my SUV repainted and Im not satisfied with the results so their going to fix it MondayIm not satisfied with my paint results and Im very upset with how they treated my SUV and me as a customer. I would not recommend you getting your vehicle done by them if this is how you get treated

Chad was great and straight forward. He took a look at my car and laid out my options and how much it would cost. My 2008 Honda Civic was suffering from clear coat failure and was starting to look terrible even though it drove like new.You have to set your expectations appropriately. I paid for a cheap paint job, and got a quick, cheap paint job that looks so much better than before. Some defects that I found are that all my keyholes got painted, my tail pipe was painted, parts of my front lip were painted, and there was some overspray on my back left wheel.Overall, I am happy, and would do it again. The quality of work matches the price paid, and my car looks almost like new.I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and got it back on Friday afternoon. Take that into account and plan your transportation. I have an extra car, so it wasnt a problem for me.Tip: look for coupons and deals online. Schedule an appointment.Parking is hard to find, just pull in front of the garage bays, or on the side of the shop.When getting my car after it was done, it was parked next to the railroad tracks at an angle in a tight spot. Back up all the way to the street in reverse vs trying to turn the car and pull out in forward gear.

Travis is the worst. They were to repaint my truck. Dropped it off to be fixed and after a day I get an email to call. So I call and he says he cant get in contact with insurance company for authorization. What a joke. Then he wants me to get the autho for him so he can do absolutely nothing. So I call and get right thru to the warranty company and the lady says yeah the autho is this and it was sent to him on this date. I already picked up the truck at this point because Travis claims he tried so hard all day the day before and four times today and couldnt get through. I wouldnt allow this place to paint a paint by number picture. Cant find an email...shame on me. Cant get in contact with insurance...shame on me. Actually as the lady at the insurance company said Travis you need to do your job and keep better records. So disappointed and frustrated the way your treated.

We had a driveway accident with our Santa Fe at our home and called my friends at Macao-Harrisburg to do a quick repair. They not only took it in right away they had it back to us in 2Days! It looks awesome like nothing ever happened! I like these guys a lot and plan on providing a couple more “projects” for them to complete. Well done guys!

I love love love the job Maaco did on my 1994 Honda accord they restored it back to the original color that it was when it came out in that year unbelievable paint job shiny just beautiful I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw my car I cried I literally cried I would recommend going to them for all of your cars work they are professional efficient timely compassionate I just love them

Had my bed to my truck repaired and got the truck back have big scrap on my door handle after seeing the poor paint job and alll the over spray on my truck paint and all over windows I will not recommend them to any one what I want to make it right repaint my truck it looks terrible cause someone must of tried to use rags or something to start taking the over spray off aand I have huge swirls all over the truck very embarrassing

I had dents and scratches all around every part of my car not only did they do a good job with that they did and even better job with the paint job I’m in love with my suv it looks brand new and they got done really quickly I’m impressed highly recommend them to everyone

I referred Macao to my friend for a repair to his rear passenger door to be painted. I got two quotes and Maaco’s bid was the best price . They did the job and repaired the car on time. My friend was very happy with the work done to the car and I would recommend them to anyone interested in saving money and a job well done.

I took my daughters car to get fix, before going off to college. The services completed were rust, body damage, headlight restoration and full color change paint job. I was really impressed with the final finishing of her car! My daughter basically had a brand new car that matched her University! There was minimum interior cleanup, from the dust. Macco did an awesome job with cleaning the interior! The scheduled pickup time was delayed by a few days, but nothing major. Atleast when the car was returned it was in complete satisfaction for my daughter and I! Sean was very respectful and professional with keeping me updated on the process of the car! Extremely satisfied with the work that was done to my car by Chad and his crew over at Maaco. They made my rims and my spoiler look brand new by giving them a shiny black paint job to accent the red color of my car. They also helped troubleshoot and fix my coolant leaking Mustang. This place is full of great prices, and great people. You will not regret getting all of your car work needs done here.

My truck was in a bad accident and the driver did not have any insurance. I Went to a local shop in Harrisburg to fix my tire rods and they also offered body damage repair. The experience was horrible, they knocked the dents out from the inside of my truck and destroyed other things in the process. I paid them for their services and decided that I was going to find someone else finish the job. I have taken my cars to Macco in the past so I decided they would be my first stop. Travis the manager in Harrisburg was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a complete inspection and gave me a complete breakdown on what they could do to fix my truck without having to purchase a new door. He also addressed the rust on my truck and made me aware of the things I would need to get fixed in order to pass inspection. He made the price affordable and made sure I had all the discounts they offered. They took their time and kept me updated on the process of the job. He also helped me pick a color that would hide all the other “dings” that would be visible. All around it was an awesome experience and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome! I highly recommend Macco.

If I could rate it 0 I would. This place is a joke. They up charge you on there prices. The store Manager is a joke, poor attitude, disrespectful, over charges, avoids dealing with problems. The sales manager is very nice great experience with him thats the only thing good about this place. Highly recommend everyone and anyone to take there business to Middletown Maaco. I had over spray all over my car, tape lines around different areas of my car. Color didnt match also runs of paint on my bumper. They said 3days but had my car for almost 2weeks, my cars battery was completely dead. They had to come out and jump start it. Unbelievable. The worst part was after I dropped my car off for service the store manager did a burn out and driving my car crazy whipping it around to pull in the shop.The store manager needs to be fired and hire someone thats good with customers and cares about there customers.

I got into my first car accident on my way home to New York. I was close by to this shop so I came in that same day. Those guys got my car all fixed up in just a few hours, they were kind and let me hangout in the shop for nearly the whole day until my parents came to get me. The also gave me a great price in all the parts I needed. These guys were great, if they werent 3 hours away, Id bring all my business to them.

Took my mini Cooper in to be repainted after replacing my driver door from an accident. Jon went over the vehicle with me, showed areas they would repair (small dents and dings) and discussed the painting process. I picked up my car Wednesday and it looks better than when I bought it! The body work is perfect, paint looks incredible and I couldnt have received better service! Top notch employees and and phenomenal work!! Recommend to anyone!!

Well to begin with, i told them I wanted a gray color to begin with. I was taking my car to get repainted because I did not like the color. I go and get it, and it is not close to the color I picked! More like an army green! Ok, fine. I still like it better than it was, but it was not gray like I wanted. Second... which is the big issue here... my buddy notices about exactly a month after I got the car back, there was rust under the rear passenger door! So i decide to call them and tell them. So I was told I would get a call on monday. Monday comes, and I get nothing. So I call in and am told I will get a call by lunch on Tuesday. Still, no call. So i call being calm even though I am clearly frustrated at this point. They say... we have seen this happen before. There was rust on the other side of the panel and it must have gotten irritated. I knew there was not rust there before, so I checked after the call, and found no rust behind. So then, this is still on the call... i tell them that they must have possibly sanded too far down or maybe they accidentally messed up, but this guy says “we hire professionals, they would never do that.” Ok, but everyone can make a mistake... i tell them how I paid this money to get it painted and what they expect me to do, and they say to bring it in to get it looked at, but get this.. won’t fix it for free... i got opinions from other people who do body work just to be sure I was not over exaggerating and they agreed that MAACO definitely messed up, and that I have every right to be upset. So I have my car that was freshly painted, and has a rust spot showing already! I tried to get a hold or corporate and they said they would get a hold of them. It is now 2 weeks later, and still have not heard back from them. I understand MAACO is meant for cheaper body repair and paint and will not be 100% perfect, but the rust spot is just ridiculous when it was not there prior to the paint job. So I tell them how they said they would get the rest of a dent out of my rear bumper and how they never did that, so why can’t they just use that time they put on my bill to fix their mistake. I’m not too annoyed about not fixing the dent because I rolled most of it out, so it is not terrible. But he tries to say “we did not discuss that.” So this is not just the Harrisburg MAACO location, but I am starting to get frustrated with the entire company. If I was anyone who wanted to get body work or their car painted, spend the extra money to go to an actual body shop! They just want your money. Only reason I am leaving this review is because I get a text asking for a review and how my experience was, so I am being honest and I hope that I can save some people from making a mistake like I have.. I hope corporate reaches out to me soon to help resolve the problem, but I will not be going to the harrisburg location because I do not trust them any longer. Like I said, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE!!!! SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A RELIABLE BODY SHOP!!

Couldnt be have had a better experience. Chad was able to fit me in and get my car back to looking like new. I know maaco is not known for high quality work but hey did a hell of a job on my car. Really enjoyed my experience with Chad and John! Keep up the good work fellas.

We had a terrific experience at Maaco. Brought the car in one day and it was finished the next. They did exactly as we asked. We just needed a paint touch up; the front quarter panel & bumper. Maacos estimate was 1/2 of our 2nd lowest estimate & 5x lower than the highest estimate. Ken & Travis at the Harrisburg, PA location were great to work with. The job far exceeded our expectations. Very poor customer service. The guy at the front desk was extremely arrogant and rude. They need to change their staff and have some polite people who can effectively interact with customers. Fantastic prices!!! I went to the new Maaco in Middletown and was quoted 80% higher! This is not an exaggeration, I have a witness to both quotes. Bring your car here; youll be glad you did.

Horrible service would never go here again the guys at the front desk need people skills! I believe the one guys name was Kevin he was just rude I can still see the scratches in my front bumper and they told me they was charging me the price because of the scratches in the front bumper and I can still see them mind you I didn’t get a cheap paint job. They gave me paperwork for a Malibu and I have a chevy. Goes to show how smart they are. Then when I asked the guy at the front desk for the store manager name so I can file a complaint he said he can’t disclose that. I found out anyways!!! they had my car from Monday afternoon to Saturday afternoon. Even tho they said it would be done Wednesday! They painted over a little dent in my trunk the size of a acorn and then told me after the fact they could fix it for 200$ Horrible Customer Service! Will never ever get my business again!!!!

My whip came out cool, you cant lowball these guys more than they are already giving you. You gotta just be real with them, tell them what you want and theyll tell you what they can do. Overall your regular good group of people work here.

Man O man do I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. He was awesome. Made me laugh, gave me a very honest quote for my car damage and was all around pretty descent as a human.

Just very rude and disrespectful customer service. Would never take my car their again. Would definitely take your money, tell you what you want to hear to get the job done and then tell you sorry it’s not insured only after 1 year and 1/2 later or we have a new System so we don’t have receipts that we even did the job. Lucky, I kept mine and had the proof but then they stated that the former employee that did the job his not their any more. Excuses, excuses just fix the mistake the company/employee made. Not an honest company to go too.

Awesome job on my car. One of the staff members must have been having a bad day when I went for my estimate because his attitude sucked at first but he eventually warmed up and the job they did on my vehicle was awesome.👌would definitely use them again.

I took my 1989 mustang mclauren to them and they sprayed my convertible roof, had overspray on the windshield and most importantly dirt in the paint. It was a horrible job. I called management and they said what do expect for what you paid?The 800 complaint line did nothing except notify the same manager who was rude to me in the first place.Do Not Take Your Car Here!!!!!!!!They are horrible

The man at the desk is extremely. He decides when to work on your stuff and when not to, without let you know. My first and last time going there. I had 3 small bumper parts getting painted, he said it was going to take 2 days and even 6 days latter I dont have my parts.
