Awesome group of employees at this store. I called in at 735am on 12/20 to see if they had a serpentine belt available for a 14 liter Series 60 Detroit. The parts guy said we dont have one here but I can have one by 9am. I stopped in at 850am to pick it up and it was laying on the shelf, ready for me.

My water pump died while towing a new camper. Stranded roadside 4 hours from home. They ran to their warehouse for pump, picked me up and brought me back. They even made sure i took advantage of their buy a bucket discount. Luckily I had tools and it was reasonably easy. Back on the road in 2.5 hours. Their delivery guy refused tip/cash. Love those guys. Whish they were local for me. Napa for life.

Been dealing with these people for some time now and they are always helpful. One time calling customer support to try and work out a problem for me for like an $8 part. They go the extra mile. I will continue to be a customer.
