They had what I was looking for, prices are reasonable. You can find parking to the side of the building and if youve got questions she can assit. Their selection isnt the largest but that can take time.

Being from Chicago, and living in other bigger cities.Its so refreshing to see,a black owned business that catered to our needs,here in Harrisburg. Its a small store,but its straight to the point. And the queen(Lanita) at front counter,really knows her product.Im a big fan of raw BLACK SOAP, Jamaican black caster oils and rose water cleanser.

I purchased a wig online for 58$ on 05/05 for a trip to Atlanta this past weekend, I wanted to get a cute wig..I figured it was a sale or deal and my mother just purchased hair from this store and everything went well. An hour after I ordered my wig I got an email stating there was a typo on the website and the wig is actually 110.00$. No problem! Quality for what you pay for right? Well, the only issue is the price was wrong but they also didnt even have the color I choose in stock..so now Id have to order the wig at that price and wait if I wanted it.I stated to please just refund it and Id try again maybe when I get back. Refund should have been processed on that day like I was told via email, but instead it went from pending to processed the next day. I reached out nicely each time and was told the basic 3-5 or 7-10 business days every owner tells you and figured okay no big deal, ill wait and give them an extra day until Wednesday (today). I reached out because surprise surprise, no refund..and was told there was an issue with the refund and itll be another 5-10 business days all communication via email. Mind you noone reached out, Ive been doing all the reaching out..I love black owned businesses and was first to tell everyone around here go here! And I dont even know them, but this is the problem... customer service couldve been much better. Im not one to tear down or write negative things but this was just unacceptable. Ive never had an issue with a hair store like this before..last time purchasing here.

Ive been to the store 2 times now and i love the service and i enjoyed the wig i got and i dont wear wig the staff was very helpful and they had good customers in the store at that time that was also very helpful, i will be back very soon. I will keep supporting this black own company they deserve it thanks i love ur store .

Excited to see a Black-owned beauty supply store in the area. The store is small, but the boutique layout works and they had exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Its not as big as other beauty supplies have been to but the sales person was very knowledgeable and welcoming.
