This place is amazing. First of all, I can smell the candles on the highway at night when I drive past on my way home. And the smell is so good. I bought 4 candles and was surprised how cheap they were. They are quality candles. Not quite as strong as Yankee, but in my opinion these burn a lot longer and the scents smell exactly like what the label says. I was an instant fan as soon as I lit the first one! And the cat laying on the counter was so soft😊 I love Keystone Candle and cant wait to go back for more scents.

I have ordered many candles from this company and my recent order experience was horrible! I ordered 2 6x6 3 wick candles. I burned them a total of 5 times since I purchased them 2 months ago and one of them burned down completely through the whole middle of the candle. I burn them for 3-4 hrs at a time. Nothing like this happened to the other 6x6 3 wick. I had sent 3 emails about my dissatisfaction with no response. I called 3 times, got the run around then finally spoke with Jeff. He said that you have to follow the burning instructions which I did. I asked to have it replaced. They said they couldn’t since I didn’t burn it correctly. I said that if you had good customer service you would replace it. He said for me to email Peter Cowels well, I have sent 3 emails before with no response! It’s been 2 days snd still no response! Very poor business practices.

The ONLY place I will buy candles! There are so many amazing options of candles at this local store, for great prices! The candles burn better than any other candle that I bought anywhere else. And there are so many different scents!The staff is also super friendly and willing to help you find exactly what you need.

Pretty nice store way more then yankee candle if you like the older scents. Prices are alot better then yankee candle. Each place is different and has different things. But this one was better for us now.

Not bad as far as scent goes. I’ve been having issues with the candle not burning even, it’s stuck on the sides.

Bought about 10 candles from here. All only burned about 3/4 of the candle. The rest was stuck to the sides. Very uneven burn and its 10$ shipping for one candle. Instead of trying to fix the actual quality issue I was told I must have been burning the candles improperly LOL. but goosecreek, yankee, and woodwick all burn perfectly fine. Too bad because they smell amazing...

The candles arent only amazing, the customer service is too! Keystone candles are quality and the wicks burning perfectly to the wax ratio. The whole candle is useful from the 1st light down to the end and the jars are reusable for storing items! I am grateful for their service and commitment to the product and community. I can confidently say that they are even better than you know who.

Keystone offers midmarket candles with a variety of scents and colors at reasonable prices. The Keystone Candle factory shop is two rooms full of candles and accessories. There are pillar, votive, and taper candles but I found the extensive display of jar candles the most impressive. In addition to all the products you will find on the website, there are some fun discount and special products. We got a unique layered scent candle and a $0.99 mystery grab bag that contained at least $10 of candle products.

Love their candles. The prices are phenomenal. These candles will smell up your entire house and they burn evenly. I’ve tried every candle out there and once discovering these it’s all I will buy. I drove to PA from NC just to buy candles .. well maybe I stopped in and saw my kids on the way ... but seriously ... I guarantee you will not be disappointed with a keystone candle! At the prices and various sizes they offer you cannot go wrong trying one out.

Not what they use to be! i use to love there candles so i had my wife order some instead of our normal yankee candles. she got 8 different scents and doubles of each. more then half go out and dont burn right, one has zero smell when burning, another smells horrible that nobody would ever like. So 1 good candle out of 8 scents/candles is very bad. never again!

Very friendly place

Had no idea it was only an hour from home. They have everything from unscented to scented, large and small. They even have glass baking dishes you can reuse to make your favorite dish after the candle is done.

We love the candles, but we are very disappointed in the votives. We bought them from Keystone Candles specifically to burn their candles, but one of the votives split in half the first few times we burned a candle. My husband contacted the company several times (including pictures) and they never responded. We expected an apology at the very least. Clearly it was defective. The other 2 votives continue to work just fine. But if 1/3 of their votives are defective, we dont want to buy from them again.
