This is a smaller giant. But they have everything I need. The girls at the bakery counter are always very helpful. And will do custom writing on any cake.

This store has later hours than most and is generally very well stocked, better than other locations as well.

I cant use the app anymore. Somehow I have converted to a peapod account, not sure why though. Always says Im a delivery customer but they dont deliver in my area. Su it wont allow me to use coupons or view whats on sale.Im not going to shop there anymore. Its ridiculous really the hassle just to try to save a couple of bucks after all the food prices inflating I need to shop where I can actually use a coupon or a sale. Giant blocked me for whatever reason.Goodbye Giant

Great selections fresh clean salad bar and Hot bar fresh fruits pretty huge wine selection for a grocery store. You can come in and grab a uick Hot economical lunch or build a salad with All the fresh choices one could ask for. Working 20 miles away but its worth the drive.

Never had any problems with this place. Produce is outstanding. Love the variety of organic items.

I really enjoy going to this giant. They have basically everything you could ask for food wise. Their prices are definitely more expensive than say Aldi across the street but if you need something specific or of special quality this is a sure place to go. Plus they have a Starbucks inside =)

Woman that works in the winery/alcohol section has been extremely rude everytime I went to check out. Always has a nasty attitude, and has even been on the phone, having a conversation like she doesn’t have a job to do. She didn’t even tell me my total cause she was on the phone, she just slid over my receipt. The lady in front of me said “thank you so much” and she just ignored her and kept talking. Will not be returning.

This is my go to store, the overall interior just got an upgrade.. love the cooler doors . Constant stocking of the shelves is a plus but they can be in the way at times.The convenience of having wine in the store is a huge plus.. makes it a one stop shop. Great for last minute plans.

Positives:Yeah no.Negatives:There used to be the same giant where the hobby lobby across the street is. That was better in every way. The color that is puke green dances on the walls. Half the carts are broken and the service is on par with sloths. The placement for items are terrible. They manage to make me look through multiple aisles to find something as easy to classify as pasta. I tried to buy a bag of frozen hot wings, this ended with the rip in the bag leaking out frozen chicken onto the floor. I cleaned it up and informed the people there and they said to me I dont know what you want me to do. I think that they need to step up their business to meet the standards of their formers.Overall:I do not like this place at all. From the color screaming that they didnt even change it from the old stores paint job to the aisle sortment this place has not very many redeeming qualities.

Good market. Similar items not always located together. Some very good store brand items discontinued. Deli premium brand is Boars Head, I prefer Dietz and Watson.

Their donuts are the worst. Union Dep, Kline Village and Linglestown makes way better donuts

Although smaller i find ur store has a better grasp at ordering than the linglestown rd location. im growing tired of not finding what i need there and i usually get what i need in ur store.

This Giant is pretty small and has a limited selection compared to their other locations, however the alcohol selection is decent and being located on 22/Jonestown Rd is super convenient.

I by no means think that the customer is always right but I also don’t think a manager should try to prove a customer wrong multiple times in a conversation. I rarely go through an actual check out line, but I found it a must this time. My cashier was wonderful! When he gave the total, I knew something hadn’t come off. I told him what and he called for his manager to come over. I said I thought maybe my bonus card didn’t work. She read me an area of where there was a discount and said it must have worked there’s your discount...what do you think didn’t come off? I told her that the soda was 4 for $11. She said well are you sure it’s for this week and not next week. I said, it’s for this week that’s why I came here before Friday. She asked the cashier for the flyer and found the sale right away. She then asked, well did you buy 4. I said yes. And then she reads out loud that it was on select varieties. She looks at my cart and sees that it was the correct kind. She then proceeds to give me the discount. I just feel like that was a little much. She was clearly miserable. I get that wearing a mask all shift is annoying. And I’m sure some try to get away with things and are even rude. But I was not. In fact, I would pretty much say she was rude. Fortunately the cashier was great and basically saved me from walking away from my whole order.

This is a great little giant. Their selection is comparable to larger stores but the openness of the floor plan really leads to a pleasant shopping experience. This giant is always very clean and the shelves are tidy and in good order. I highly recommend taking a look.

They have a Starbucks coffee shop inside if you want coffee the sign says Starbucks at this exit but it is in the Giant food store

Qty and quality of so called EMPLOYEES

After standing at the meat counter for 10 minutes and 2 employees never acknowledging me even after they looked me in my face 10 times, I had to raise my voice amd call them out. Only after that did they decide both of them would run to the counter. I will never step foot in that store ever again. The customer service skills really suck. People want a paycheck but then dont want to work.

It’s a good place to shop. They have stuff to eat and drink. And they provide shopping carts.

This Giant food store could use a little tweaking. Bakery could shine a little more and frozen foods also needs attention. I usually frequent Giant in Hershey and Hummelstown....and prefer those locations to the Rt 22 Giant.

Had a bad experience at the Chinese hot bar. Previously food was good. This time was cold, fatty ribs and to top it all hair in the food.Seriously disappointed.

Aisles are way too long. Hard to find assistance. Car entrance to parking lot is too close to crosswalk into store. Not enough friendly help. Asian food staff is great!

Was trying to find 647 English muffins that are only six net carbs they were not there but I know theyre at bgs bought 647 white bread six net carb alsothat stuffs delicious Im so glad that Schmidt has come out with very low carb bread us diabetics really appreciate it because most stuff tastes terrible

Tie pei Asian kitchen inside Giant is wonderful. My favorite is the pork. It keeps me coming back to Giant almost daily that in the wine lol. The store is always clean and well stock . The staff are friendly and provide top quality service.

For a newer store, the aisles are narrow but they are well stocked. The store is well organized and easily to find items. Has a nice beer and wine section ( for a PA store )

When I cant find what I want at Aldis, or dont get to Adlis by the time Aldis closes, this stalwart standby is great. It isnt open 24 hours anymore, but late enough to serve most peoples needs.

As far as GIANT goes it is a nice location. The aisles are designed to fit a very quick in and out experience. The only downside is the amount of traffic during the rush hour/weekend but even then the amount of registers is enough to accommodate it. The staff are all knowledgeable and respectful. Overall a good place to go shopping in comparison to other GIANT locations I have frequented.

The store is very clean. I love that there is a huge variety of foods especially gluten free!! The layout of the store is different than other giants which can be confusing and make it difficult to find things quickly. But after a few visits you figure it out.

Good store. Not oversized so its easy to navigate while shopping. Produce is always fresh and theres plenty of deals. Ideal to shop during the day never too busy. Convenient to be able to purchase beer/wine here. Watch out for that scanning bot/robot employee. His name is Marty!

Love my Giant food store everyone so helpful Im helpful to and I dont even work there I like when older people come up to me and asked me to grab something for them if they cant reach it or if they need something lifted into the car. Its always a pleasure get to know people life is too short.

Pretty decent experience week in and week out. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but lines can get a little long during some if the normal rush hours...then again, that is expected. All in all not a bad location, though u do prefer their former location a bit more...had more space to navigate the aisles

I always make sure to go through Eves line, she always gives me a big smile and is very courteous and polite. She makes sure to say to say hello to my son as well. She can make me smile on a bad day and have me laughing by the time I leave her line. She gives excellent customer service to everyone in her line! Thanks Eve for making me smile today.
