Well stocked and incredibly helpful employees. I wish the Kroger in my hometown was this nice!

Had an awesome experience going there last night. Was recommended to go to the trail Stone Face by a cute little cashier boy and had a blast hiking it with a friend today with our kroger supplies haha!

I shop at Kroger often. I prefer to go here rather than Walmart because at the Kroger in Harrisburg, IL you get friendly customer service. An example of their good customer service is this: I have asthma, and one day it was acting up, which causes me to cough a lot, and I was coughing that day when an employee approached me to ask if I was okay. I informed him I was, and he offered me a water.Unlike Walmart, Kroger keeps more checkout lanes open, and on many occasions while Ive been there, if lines were long, theyd call a cashier to the front and open up another lane.The store and restrooms are always clean.The only thing I wish they would do at this Kroger location is offer free grocery pickup. That would be really nice!

Harrisburg, IL Kroger is insanely understaffed. Today, there was only one bagger who was a young boy. Multiple cashiers were sitting and waiting for him to do all of their work, when they could’ve easily helped him out. He was clearly busy and could not do everyone’s job for them. He was super nice, and I felt bad for the stress he was put through. Don’t rely on young workers to run the store for you !!!

Harrisburg Kroger is way behind the times. Other Kroger stores have sushi, Starbucks, fresh seafood counters, and butcher shop quality meats.The produce section looks good at first glance, but I have found several moldy items. Shelves often go unstocked, and advertised items are often out of stock. Employees are generally unhelpful. It is almost worth the drive to Mt. Vernon to get a better selection of higher quality, fresher food.

Love the fact that this grocery store has markdowns when others dont. When products are close to expiration date, they are discounted and I have bought many great misc items that were marked down also. Friendly grocery and floral department staff, however the new Pharmacy staff do not meet the professional level of previous Pharmacist or staff, in my opinion.

Love the store and the employees in general but I feel it would help if your managerial people understood the app, how it works, and would take responsibility for it. Harry Truman a past president had a sign on his desk that said the buck stops here. Enough said.

We shop at Kroger often. Their people are wonderful, always helpful and courteous. Their prices are trending upward. Their sales are often confusing, with just a few items in a line of many actually being on sale.

I got gas there today and was charged a hold fee for $125.50. I was informed by a store employee when I called to ask, that if you run your card as debit at the pump that is what they charge you. And it takes 24-48 for it to fall off. Listen, I dont have overdraft protection SO if I dont have $ in my account to cover that it denys it! Like any reasonable adult who knows that overdraft just costs you more in the long run. No need to just take your hand,reach into my wallet and take whatever amount you feel like KROGER !!AND FURTHERMORE... HOW ABOUT YOU POST THAT POLICY IN BIG BOLD LETTERS AT EVERY PUMP SO THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT SHOPS YOUR STATIONS WILL KNOW THIS INFORMATION.No its posted somewhere down there, but I cant tell you where as I was told by a store employee.Lessoned learned: Just dont get gas at Kroger.

Best selection in town for Ribeye steaks. They package individual steaks - Walmarts smalled package is two steaks. Great for single meals or folks who dont want a lot of cooking waste.Love the Oops We Baked Too Much Rack in the back of the store by dairy.

This is our favorite place to shop. We love the people that work there. Everyone is ways helpful and friendly.

Called ahead because to have them put some Dr pepper aside for me since I was coming for about an hour away and wanted to make sure they were there when I arrived. When I arrived they were suppose to of put me name on 4 pks. And when I arrived they only had one set aside for me. This wasnt the first time this happened. I guess I wont be making the trip again. So sad because I would have loved to make this store mine.

Ive requested several times to have the bourbon pepercon brought back kroger brand for over a year now has yet to happen along with a couple other things. Very disappointing and i no longer get the coupons in the mail we was receiving very disappointing!

I dont go to this Kroger often, but when Im close and need to make a quick run, its perfect. Its a smaller store and fairly easy to get around in.

Awfull . no bologna & no tea the only two things I came forcustomer service awfull Sara not at service desk took her forever and Jennifer looked right at us and walk out the door and brought a cart in storw and wouldnt come to service desk ..

Staff is overworked but remain friendly and helpful. Prices are high on most things. You have to look for the deals. (they are there to be had if you can find them) They carry some things not available at other stores in the area.

To many items on special not on shelves. Especially digital coupons items. I do like kroger and their prices if they could just fix this problem.

Beautiful poisetta peach color.fernhawaiian christmas tree. Buttercrem frosted cakes give them a 10. Went to buy Quaker bars that are part of the 4 day sale and just like every time they have a sale they dont have it on the shelves. I learned to go ahead and drive 25 miles to a different Kroger because they usually have what I need.
